Dışarıdan süslü püslü duran otel tam bir fiyasko. Odaya girdiğimizde resmen kahve gibi sigara kokusundan durulmuyordu. Odalar Fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi değil. Çok küçük ve dar. Koridorlarda ve odalarda yemek kokusu gibi tuhaf bir koku var. Sanırım havalandırma ya da klimadan geliyor. Kahvaltı salonu düzensiz, çalışanlar ilgisiz. Kesinlikle parasını haketmeyen bir otel. Gitmeden önce bir daha düşünün!

Это мое первое пребывание в Сивасе и в отеле Кейкавус. Очень редко можно сказать такое про больших отелей, но «я была как у себя дома». Меня лучше поймут семьи, путешествующие с малыми детьми. Персонал отеля дружелюбно встретили нас с мужом и годовалой дочкой, помогли в размещении с нашими многочисленными:)) чемоданами. Разместили нас в 4-ом этаже. Номер был просторный, чистый, светлый и со всеми принадлежностями для удобства. В номере даже для малыша была поставлена детская кроватка, что и немаловажно для уровня обслуживания. Также выражаем искреннюю благодарность персоналу отеля за великолепные завтраки. Открытые буфеты с многочисленными вкусняшками. Все свежее, аппетитное, вкусное. Благодаря доброжелательному и вежливому персоналу создалась атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения. Приятно, когда люди относятся к своему делу с отдачей и ответственностью. Приедем еще! Огромное Спасибо всем!

Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi bir otel. Temiz,kahvaltı iyi. Gönül rahatlığı kalabileceğiniz bir otel. Ana yola yakın. Oto park sorunuz yok. Her zaman gideceğim bir otel. Tuvalet çok dar değildi. Gerçekten çok temiz bir oteldi. Teşekür ederim.

Sivas’ın nezih yerinde hoş bir otel. Pandemi döneminde 4-5 gün kalmıştım. Odaları yeterli büyüklükte, ferah ve hoş döşenmiş. Kahvaltısını çok beğeniyorum. Hem lezzet gem de çeşit olarak oldukça tatmin ediciydi yine. Eşim ve bebeğimizle kaldık ve çok keyif aldık. Zuhal hanım ve eşi Mustafa bey zaten oldukça hoş sohbet ve saygıdeğer insanlar. Yolunuz Sivas’a düşerse keyifle kalabilirsiniz.

Basın mensupları olarak geldiğimiz otelde kapı girişindeki güler yüzle karşılamadan otel odalarının temizliği özellikle banyosu ve iç dizayn mükemmel sabah kalktığınızda kahvaltı mükemmel sizi karsilayan güler yüzlü insanlar ve omlet istediğinizde tabi efendim diyen arkadaşlar..bence hiç düşünmeden gidin derim kendisine ait otoparkta var herşey için teşekkürler ..genel müdürün işini takip etmesi mükemmel

Que un hotel de esa categoría no tenga personal de recepción con un nivel de inglés aceptable, no es normal. Lo acepto en los hoteles pequeños, pero no en los que ya tienen esta categoría. Nos quitaron el aire acondicionado a la noche y era agosto y aquello fue un infierno. Estaba centralizado. Hubo fiesta en el hotel y oímos la música, pero no fue hasta muy tarde.
