Hotel - beautiful and well designed, modern with a zen atmosphere Rooms - nice size, new and modern with nice details. Food - average, plenty offered for breakfast, noon and night and with free flow of drinks. Well presented. Staff and Service - The quality of staff and service was a significant disappointment during my stay. Many staff members displayed an unapproachable attitude, which may stem from a cultural difference, they seemed unhappy and superficial. It took a few days for some of them to warm up, but as a guest, I shouldn’t have to make an effort to foster friendliness. At the reception, when I inquired about bus routes and times, I was told bluntly that I could "Google it myself." This lack of helpfulness set a negative tone for my experience. The most troubling encounter was with Antonio, who oversees the spa area. Not once did he greet any of the guests, he always looked angry. My friend and I were in the sauna, enjoying a moment of relaxation with face masks on, when he entered and abruptly ordered us to leave because he had a class and that we were not to eat or scrub which we weren’t doing either. While we were happy to move and even remove our masks, we found his barking rude and completely unacceptable. We are guests, not schoolchildren, and his outburst was unprofessional and unnecessary (he does not even understand the difference that a face mask is not a scrub but fails to communicate this). Upon check out, we reported our experience to the owner, Simon. Unfortunately, his response was lackluster; he simply acknowledged that he had heard about the incident without offering any apology, expression of concern, or follow-up action on the rudeness of his staff. It felt as though we were speaking to a wall. If the owner exhibits such indifference, it’s no wonder the staff management reflects a similar attitude. In the light of these experiences, it is evident that the overall management and staff and service requires drastic improvements. Let’s see, a defensive response to my review will reinforce my point that customer service or understanding is not a priority, as it is much easier to ignore, blame the customer and not address any problems. Location - this hotel is NOT connected to the Sella Ronda part of the slope by ski, you need to take a bus to reach the key areas. The slopes within the area are easy and not challenging. Vale for money - it is fair, full board and there is always ample food and drinks offered. Overall - It is such a shame as this place has so much potential, however it will never be able to realise it given the attitude of their management and staff. Will I return? No as I wish to have easier access to the key ski slopes and I value customer service above nice interior.

We are just on the way back to the airport and already discuss when to come back. This hotel exceeded all our expectations! True Luxury for the soul- would highly recommend to anyone who has very high standards re food/ location/ spa/ atmosphere/ drinks/ ski slopes or all of the above ! The quality of everything is very high- super comfortable rooms/ common areas with fantastic attention to details. Lea and family really made it a very special place for people to visit. Special mentions to Ravi, Dionis, Monica, Antonio and of course Lea & Simon ! This is the place not only to unwind but also treat yourself for an incredible food- the kitchen team and the Chef delivered absolutely magical experience! Pool, saunas, aroma room, relaxation area, massages- superb ! My soul is already missing this spot ! We are keen skiers, so can attest that the hotel is very well located- you walk 2 minutes to lift Seiser Alm That takes you to a huge range of lifts and slopes . Although super close to the slopes, you beat the busy crowds so works perfectly (we left skis and boots on the mountains at a locker). Thank you for everything!

Coming to Alpe di Siusi for a precious week on the snow we agonised over which hotel to choose. Up in the hill or this enticing brand new spa hotel right next to the Sieser Alm cable car. Both would have merits but we did not regret our choice to stay at the Sensoria Dolomites one bit. This is like a grand all inclusive luxury chalet with a wonderful spa, sauna and pool complex all in one frankly very reasonable price. 6 course fine dining dinners every night after a long soak in the pool and rest in the sauna after skiing. Exotics afternoon snacks await your return and a fantastic breakfast buffet send you off. The rooms are also super modern and stylish, the bathrooms are a modern delight and the room living spaces are spacious and modern. Super cosy duvets, choice of any pillow you can imagine. Nothing not to like. And then there is the staff. From the super friendly and attentive owners and front desk team to the wonderful bar staff and restaurant team everyone is trained and focussed on maximum guest experience personal yet not intrusive, engaged and always thinking and readying for your next need. Simply top class. We look forward to coming back again! Some minor tips: 1) if bringing your own skiis and boots get a locker at the cable car station. This lets you wander up unburdened from the hotel in your comfortable shoes before a relaxing day on the hill. 2) if you want to drive up to the hill you need to be past the access point at the bottom of the road by 9am as they close it during the day to minimise traffic. 3) the hotel underground car park takes a 225cm high Defender so most vehicles will fit nicely.

We had a wonderful vaccation at the Sensoria dolomites. The hotel is located in the most beautiful mountain area , which can be viewed from the pool and outside area. The rooms are beautifully furnish and spacious and you can (for once) easily store your clothes. The whole hotel is very thought through and stylish , the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The food is exceptionel. and the staff will attend to your every need. What made our stay perfect was the very friendly and always smiling staff and owners. We can only recommend at visit to the Sensoria dolomites.

We stayed two nights recently in late July. The staff was friendly but always a bit disjointed. When we checked in e were told out room was not ready and that the valet would bring our bags tot our room (as we set of hiking). We returned and our bags were not in the room..."your bags are not there"? We went for a swim in the beautiful pool but there were not towels. I went to the only attendant I could find down in the spa solon area and reported not towels, "There are no towels there"? Went to breakfast and to the nice buffet offerings, no plates. "There are no plates there"? On our last breakfast, the Maitre 'd asked us what selections we would like for dinner that upcoming evening", we check out today. Finally, we went to the parking garage and our car was blocked by an electrician's van. We stood in the car park for 20-25 minutes before the electrician could be found to move his van that boxed us in. The room did not have any set of view and was located seemingly above a service entrance where the (employee would smoke and talk), the laundry and dock? There was a new building under construction just outside the room, and nail guns and noise started early. Finally the room had no air conditioning and no fan and was not comfortable. I would say, in spite of nice design features and a seemingly accommodating staff, unless you spring big and get the few select room that actually do face the mountain, there are better and cheaper alternatives in the area. Finally, whereas the breakfast was beautiful the rolls were stale every day and some of the items (such as cheeses) lacked a way to slice them (pecorino sp?, no grader, no knife). The dinners were fine, but I would say, choices often seemed more 'experimental' than accessible, even though we are 'foodies' with a small "f".

Great hotel! We stayed there for a few days in the first week of January. The rooms are modern and clean. The service staff is very friendly and incredibly attentive. Except for one waiter at the bar who apparently didn't like us and just left when we came so that another colleague had to serve us. But that wasn't a problem for us. The food is at the top end, perhaps the desire to make it fancy is even higher. Otherwise a great hotel, with a great wellness area and a view of the mountain and the gondola.

I stayed at this property last weekend with three friends. The hotel looks much nicer on the website than it unfortunately does in reality, which is very different. I had booked a room for 4 adults and we ended up in a room with a bunk bed (children's size). After checking with reception they gave us an additional room. The spa area is nice even though the outside temperature of the pool was cold outside. Dinner was sufficient: we were not given the opportunity to choose the wine (including the house wine) and above all the portions were for children (pasta about 15/20 grams being abundant). I will never return and ZERO quality - price.

Simply wonderful!!!! I stayed with my son for 2 days in this fantastic hotel but I am convinced that I have gained a few more days of life. Relaxation is assured, the staff is very attentive to the customer's needs, we were pampered in every way. I highly recommend it. A heartfelt thank you! See you soon
