Hygiene Issues Unpleasant experience that the bathroom had visible mold, and there was a strong smell lingering in the air that even spread into the room. Additionally, the bedding caused skin irritation, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Hope management takes immediate action to improve Hygiene standards.

Hotel grade with budget price. Equipped with rain shower, elevator and complimentary parking. Room hv a strong cigarettes smell though there is no smoking sign. Located within residential area and need few mins drive from everywhere.

Surprisingly nice bathroom, lighting is good, and nothing to complain about for the budget price. Great location as it is just across the road from the famous Cheong Via Gong Plian - ( Pie ), I bought 30 pieces of them, and I queue was for 30 mins to get it .

I'd booked for this hotel via online in trip.com apps. The rate for online booking is RM 92.47. Due to my late check in, I asked my friend who stayed nearby to the hotel to check in the room first. As a normal practice, my friend put a deposit for RM 50 at the counter. To be surprised, the staff issued a receipt of the deposit and room rate for RM 84.15. There's a difference of RM 8.32. As far as I'm concerned, we'll get a lower price when booking online rather than walk in. The cleanliness of the room is not in perfect condition as the bedsheets and the floor are dirty. I'm sorry to comment on this as to ensure the hotel management asked the housekeeping staff to do their jobs properly.

Great value budget hotel. Just ask for a cup with a stem to make it easier to drink hot water. The room is clean and there is enough space to put things.

This hotel is in a great location in Sitiawan, the rooms are big and clean! The front desk ladies and handsome guys are very enthusiastic, and they are all Chinese (from Fujian), so there is no problem communicating in Chinese! The hotel is very safe. The room service staff will not open the door to enter the room unless you actively request to clean the room after checking in! The Indian restaurant opposite the hotel downstairs is very unique, delicious and not expensive; the Binbin Bak Kut Teh restaurant diagonally opposite downstairs is even better. The Bak Kut Teh with fried dough sticks is delicious and authentic, and the stewed pork kidney is also very unique! There is also a 711 convenience store not far from this restaurant, which is very convenient for buying some travel supplies. Sitiawan Hotel is highly recommended!

Decent hotel and good for a short trip either business or leisure.

Interesting location, close to kedai2. Want to go eco walk je. I took fmly suites, there is a bathtub that is fun for children to soak. Cleanliness is all ok. Only the bathroom is leaking if you want to take a bathtub, you have to throw it a little, if you throw it all, you will overflow in the room. So far other services are all the best.

Helping a colleague to book a trip, has been counted as multiple stays, the price is affordable, relatively clean and hygienic, short-term accommodation is still very recommended. . . . . . .
