Do not make any reservation and stay away from this hotel. We made a reservation for seven days via ********** and we trusted the pictures and the comments in the website. When we checked in the hotel, we were very dissapointed about the garden, children play ground, swimming pool, breakfast area, cleaning and the beach. First of all, swimming pool was very dirty. There were many construction materials in the garden next to children playground. The garden was very neglected. In the website they calimed that there is a beach next to hotel but it takes 10 minitues walk and it is almost 400 meters away. The beach is very small, lonely, neglected. There is no shower and toilet this is not private it is public. Deck chair and the umbrella was private and with a locker, you need to take out and put them back at the end! When we saw hotels conditions we wanted to cancel our reservation immadiately but the Hotel owner said that they cannot refund. We believed in what we saw in photographs and the information given by the hotel. Bu the truth is very different. Please also check users comments. Comments and the photos are from 2018. As a result stay away and do not trust information given in the website…

Terrible hotel, les photos sont trompeuses et ne reflètent pas la réalité. Ce lieu n est pas du tout adapté aux familles et ressemble plutôt à une déchèterie. Tout est vieux, quasiment pas de vaisselle, vieux meubles de récupération qui ne servent à rien, vieille Clim bruyante qui coule sur la terrasse, des canalisations ouvertes des appartements supérieur qui passent sur la terrasse, plage de piscine non terminées et dangereuses pour les enfants, mauvais entretient général, remontées d’eau et inondations dans la salle de bain, chaise bébé du moyen âge, télévision aucune réception, wifi ne fonctionne pas à l intérieur, aucun réseau téléphone à l intérieur, télécommande Clim hors service…. Je m’arrête là! Nous avions réservé 1 semaine mais nous avons vite quitté cet hôtel dangereux et sale le lendemain de notre arrivée et n avons était remboursés que partiellement. On a expliqué aux gérants de l hôtel notre insatisfaction mais ils ont niés l’évidence que leur hôtel et loin d être fini et dangereux. Pour conclure, on est très loin de prestations DELUXE….. Je laisse des photos de la réalité bien sûr.
