Stayed here for 10 days from the 2nd August with my partner, Plus points, All staff we’re really nice and friendly. Rooms were big with two double beds. Air conditioning was really good. Rooms always cleaned well with fresh towels daily. Close to beach and everything around it. Cons, Rooms at front were noisy, Walls paper thin There was a built in wardrobe but no draws in the room. It’s only room only, would of been nice to have been able to have breakfast, as it looks like they used to do breakfast, there is a breakfast room. But for a budget hotel would I stay again, Yes Thanks Piccadilly.

I have stayed at this hotel before and would do so again. Friendly service, good sized rooms with good air conditioning. Clean and comfortable. Great location in town with a very short walk to the beaches. Dolores on reception is very kind, helpful and efficient. As is the lovely Moroccan lady from housekeeping. My room was spotlessly clean throughout my stay. Thank you everyone there and I looo forward to my next stay.

We had a reservation made by booking a long time ago that as of 06.30 they have canceled us, alleging "problems with the card" without giving us the possibility of reaction and having free cancellation until July 6. We have tried to resolve the issue with them but there has been no way for anyone responsible to give us an explanation, they have simply removed the reservation and blamed our bank. After contacting the bank, they confirm that for their part there has been no problem and that everything is the hotel's action. Booking confirms that the verification procedure for our card was followed but that they may have had internal problems, but in any case, there has been no willingness to settle the matter with us and they have canceled us directly. We feel that the treatment has been UNACCEPTABLE. The result is that our reserve has returned to being put into circulation at a much higher price, taking advantage of the prices that are being paid at this time. Coincidence?? all very convenient...

Good location, so far so good... Book a room with air conditioning for an evening with my wife!!! The room left much to be desired, the shower faucet was leaking, and to top it off the air conditioning did not work!!! A must on a hot night! When I mention it to the receptionist, he tells me that he can't do anything, to open the window... Is that a response from a person who is dealing with a client???? I was not offered any alternative, well yes, OPEN THE WINDOW. We went home, and on top of that having paid in advance. WHAT A SHAME! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!!

Nous étions 3 amis venus pour fêter le fameux Carnaval de Sitges. Nous avons dormis 3 nuits. Propreté impeccable. Tarif raisonnable. Possibilité d’apporter ses provisions. Chambre Triple spacieuse, avec balcon qui donne sur l’une des rues dans laquelle passe le défilé du Carnaval, auquel nous avons ainsi pu assisté depuis le balcon. Réceptionnistes très agréables, souriantes, aimables et arrangeante (nous on dépannés d’un tire bouchon, laissés faire un shooting photo au niveau du billard). L’hôtel est ouvert H24 avec garde de nuit, ce qui est essentiel lorsque l’on viens profiter de la vie nocturne mouvementée de la ville. Recommandé à 100%, si nous revenons à Sitges, nous dormirons ici.
