There were no disappointments in terms of location and facilities. However, I received racism from the staff, which made the start of the trip very unpleasant. They said there was a problem with the room we had booked, and led the couple to an old, shabby room in the building next to the hotel, not the hotel. I saw the room and asked the staff to guide me back to the room, but I kept refusing to give them a hotel room, saying that there was only one room left and even that room was fixing the sink's faucet. Nevertheless, we said we would wait until we fix it, and it was only then that we guided us to the hotel saying that there was one room left. The facilities and cleanliness of the room was good, but the image of the whole hotel was the worst due to the behavior of the staff.
The employee should not forget that racism is a serious sin.

I loved this hotel!! I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. Miguel at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.
I had lunch and breakfast there-yummy food and wonderful waiter!!
I would definitely stay here again!

Great location on the north side of Sitges so it gets you away from the crowds and noise, but still within easy walk. Beautiful beach front ocean views. Lots of artwork. AC is not as cold as we like and could use an update.

The reception and pool areas are wonderful with amazing art everywhere. Very boutique. Rooms were very clean but dated. However I would stay again as it was very good value overall.

The property was listed as a 4-star hotel and although the reviews were good, that was not our experience. Firstly, there are steep steps to access the hotel which is challenging with multiple suitcases. They’ve no visible doorman, bellman or employees other than a receptionist. Secondly, we were given a room that was 10 steps above the 3rd floor. Since the elevator only goes to floor 3, we had to carry luggage up more stairs. Next, the room had 2 small wall A/C units which were not adequate for the suite we were in so the room would not cool down. It was extremely hot and even with the blackout curtains pulled, it was very uncomfortable. It defeats the purpose of paying for a sea view room when we can’t open the curtains. While we were waiting for our room, we had the breakfast buffet which consisted of cold scrambled eggs, sliced ham, toast, fruit and coffee dispensed from a machine. The breakfast was $32 and was nowhere near 4-star quality. We did finally get a new room about 10pm which was cooler, but we left the next morning foregoing the second night we’d paid for. The location is nice and the yacht club was fun, but the experience at the hotel was about 3 stars at best.

I don’t know where to start. I love art. I have my BFA and have been involved with all kinds of art. Both in NYC and Los Angeles. I have been to shows, galleries and museums all over the world. Not only does what was on “display” in my room puzzle me it worries me that someone with the wear with all to run a hotel as nice as this hotel could be would decorate my room the way they did. I was in New York during the crack epidemic and or room looked like the visualization, poorly executed, of the fever dream of a crack head in the throes of withdrawal. And I don’t mean to insult the addict.
I kid you not there is a glob of paint that looks like an actual smear of fecal material.

Beautiful hotel.Spacious room, good bedding. Lots of restaurants close by and nice walk to the town.The hotel staff was very efficient and helpful. Definitely recommend it.
