Love the place …
We love stay here! We having been coming for several years now. They have made some nice updates within the condo suites. The only comment we have in the updated shower area, the shower head is so high up the average person isn’t even able to reach the shower hose to shower and if left on the holder the shower is spraying all over. We are able to work with it but wished it was a lower to reach. 😊

We had a wonderful time here. The staff was very organized, they gave us a list of nearby restaurants and venues with times they open/ close. The room was very clean and set up with everything needed like coffee and utensils. Everything worked and maintained well. And was super close to the main ***** by the bay! We will be coming back!

Great place to stay, yes it’s a little dated but that did not bother me, it was clean and had everything we needed The pool and hot tub were fantastic Bed was comfortable staff were nice I would definitely say there again nex time I’m in Door Country

Our stay was very comfortable and awesome. The rooms are so big and loaded with all the features of a home. Loved the balcony facing the courtyard. We stayed in 205. Had our coffee and nightcap there daily. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were used daily as well. There weren't alot of guest there and the experience was like the whole place was ours. We visited here Tues through Friday. Definitely going to return!

Poor experience room smelled of smoke, mildew in the bathroom and service was bad. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Do not book your trip at this place. When I raised my issues with the front desk issue I was informed that it was “impossible for the room to smell of smoke” and nothing was done. Needless to say I will never stay at this lodge again nor would I ever recommend the Scandinavian Lodge to ANYONE.

Our room needed a DEEP CLEANING, it’s dirty, tired & worn. Wi-Fi is terrible & almost nonexistent. Found dead buds on the carpet in the master bedroom. The baseboard register in the bathroom is disgustingly dirty. The recliner was horribly stained on both arms & the headrest. I lined it with pool towels so we could sit on it. The room next doors AC ran on & off all night, I could hear it humming thru the wall & hardly slept

CPH/ORD, we booked business and got into a bidding war for economy plus or business class upgrade. No good seats were made available without an additional premium. We opted for economy plus at a significant cost$600 addition per seat. That plus the $890 for one business class on the outbound. It would have been a cheaper less stressful flight if I had just bought business for the beginning. Economy plus service was poor at best, you are buying seat room only. Drinks before dinner we served along with you meal drinks, plus I asked for water, she handed me two beers a glass of water followed by a tray os food. The hump on the seat tray made the food rock. Slam it down and gone. You get what you pay for, usually, here you just pay. Hugged, not really. If you don’t like what you do it shows, this crew reached retirement age and had a complete lack of interest in their customer. SK94324APR

Don't know where the negative reviews come from. Condo type rooms. Huge living/kitchen area. Large bedroom. Unit was clean, bed/furnishings comfortable. Large spa in room. Two pools, one indoor, one outdoor, both heated. Lots of outdoor games. Desk staff went out of their way to accommodate. Only nitpick, no breakfast included. Otherwise, couldn't be happier with stay.
