The location is abt ＜5mins walk to the supermarket, abt 15mins walk to the train station and shopping area. They can work on their cleanliness even more cos the moment I step in, I can feel the room is quite dusty. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that I’m not pleased with is when I put no cleaning button, the next moment I return, I saw my room is cleaned up. I hope they can work on this and respect personal privacy and choices.

Breakfast is really great

We were in Istanbul for a few days for various appointments and wanted a quiet and well-located hotel. We had that too. The location is very good for getting to central places in Istanbul relatively quickly and easily. Whether by taxi or even if you feel like walking. There are plenty of places to eat and drink around the hotel.
The service from reception to housekeeping was very good and always friendly. My special thanks go to Mr. Hakan Ayhan, who fulfilled some of our special requests. We can only recommend this hotel.

Bathroom door broken. Bathroom and balcony not cleaned. Fixtures falling away from the wall. Non-stop drilling for 5 out of 6 days we were there which started about 8:30am and went on until at least 3pm each day.

I always love this hotel, and have stayed here many times. But this time a cafe/club downstairs have opened- and it makes too much noise, so I could not sleep at the time I wanted to. The staff tried to speak with the club owner, but the music was only quiet after 1am.
I hope the club is not open next time I come back. I like this hotel because the rooms are big and it’s convenient located, with restaurants options right outside of the hotel.

Not clean, dirty and stained sofa, carpet and rusted and dirty taps. Hairs on the sofa. Breakfast isnt good as well. Didnt look fresh. It felt last days or even older.

I had rarely left a review .... but this time I have to share my experience :
I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. If you think that this hotel is comparable to a 4 star, 3 star or even 2 star hotel , you are completely wrong ! The hotel is understaffed, the furniture is old and full of stains, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the TV has very basic Turkish TV channels, and the breakfast is just terrible !
Speaking about the breakfast, the breads and croissants were always stale and hard to eat !!! Some of the vegetable plates had gone to the refrigerator and back to the breakfast room for days ! We saw an employee in the breakfast room spraying water on the plates to give the impression that they were fresh ... while obviously they were not ! Speaking the internet : You need to set up the connection every single hour.
Conclusion : Please do not ruine your vacation.
