The staff is incredibly friendly and professional We had a really great time there I got the full experience from the bartender William, he took really good care of us Makes really good cocktails I’ll definitely come back again if I have the opportunity I heavily recommend this place

Wonderful place with wonderful people! The experience was absolutely brilliant and all the staff were super nice and friendly, often giving advice and helping out with any questions that we had about the nearby area. The entertainment manager Andreas was absolutely amazing and gave us constant activities throughout our stay. The area around us was very welcoming and friendly! All round a brilliant holiday!!

Great holiday. Staff very attentive. Hotel well situated in the village to explore the harbour, shops and restaurants. We were B&B only and breakfast was a well catered buffet. The entertainment manager Andreas is accompanied by a good friendly team. Every evening has a different theme or entertainment in one of three Castello hotels, all situated in the same basic location. Two pools, plus a grassy area overlooking the sea (rocky coastline). There were always enough sunbeds to be found over the three locations. Both pools have a bar. The hotel offers excursions but there are also a number of independent tour operators in the village. The reception staff are always on hand to help answer queries and point you in the right direction!

The room with the sea view is amazing, the staff are really nice, 24/7 they can help you with anything. The differents pools are so nice and calm, even in July this is not a crowded place Also a bar in front of the pool is opened until late at night, magnificent place. And lastly there are shows almost every night , so pleasant. I would recommend to anyone, family , couples , everyone !

Had the most relaxing time everything is slow paced the pool bars are fab to get a drink and snack. The staff are fantastic very friendly. Would I return yes in a heartbeat

I had the best time with my boyfriend at Castello Village! We loved the entertainment specifically Andre’s Sususu. The room and communal areas were clean and quiet. The drinks and food were really good
