Vasia Sea Retreat

We have just returned from the best holiday we have ever had, we loved it so much here we are changing our next summer holiday that we have booked to here! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. The sun beds are extremely comfortable, 3 pool areas with plenty of beds available at all times, never any rush to put towels down. The pool bar does lovely drinks and the food looked delicious however we didn’t eat there as we went out for lunch and dinner. Our room was fantastic, we just stayed in a standard room and it was perfect, the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on, fridge and air con were fantastic, water stocked daily. The only downside with the room was the people above us where extremely noisy, not the hotels fault at all, but at 4:30am one morning I did go to reception to ask them to keep the noise down, the staff were very helpful with this. A room tip if you are in the standard is ask for a first floor! Breakfast was amazing, a choice of eggs off the menu made to order and then a choice of bacon, vegetables, breads, pastries, yogurt etc. I found all the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The area itself is lovely, it wasn’t too busy for the height of summer, you can exit the hotel at the back and walk along to the harbour. There are so many lovely tavernas right outside the hotel. Edem is just over the road and was fantastic, we also went to Amelia which was great but we almost didn’t get a table as it was busy, Elia is another great taverna. The harbour is around 10-15 minutes walk away and there are plenty of great bars and tavernas, all amazing to watch the sunset. We can’t wait to come back next year!

A calm and relaxing retreat on the outskirts of Sissi. Although still only a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Spent a truly wonderful week here. The staff were friendly and attentive. The three pools were lovely with the most comfortable sunbeds I have ever known! The rooms were clean with comfy beds, air con, and coffee machine. Delicious breakfast and good food at the pool bar. Highly recommend this adults only hotel. I definitely plan to return!

Brilliant hotel and the whole team of staff are so friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very well equipped, plenty of plug sockets. The beds are extremely comfortable and great free air-conditioning. The fridge is well stocked with free water plus tea and a coffee machine which are filled daily. The safe is also complementary. The breakfast is excellent, 3 pools and the sunbeds are the most comfortable we have ever seen. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to all adults.

This is our first visit here, we normally stop at the vasia resort and spa, And we thought we would try the sea retreat this time. What an amazing place, so chilled and relaxing, the place is immaculate and the staff are amazing, good to see some of the staff that worked at the vasia resort like Christina on reception, Marios and the team do a fabulous job. We're stopping half board and the food every night in the restaurant has been excellent, and the all the staff are so attentive. We are going to come back the end of September. Thank you for making our week here so amazing.

Exceptional hotel, we had an extremely relaxing stay. The room was a good size, and kept spotlessly clean. We had a view over the second pool and the sea, which was perfect. The breakfast was good, with a small menu of eggs which are cooked to order and a large selection of other cooked breakfast items, and continental choices. Highly recommend the Greek yoghurt and the eggs cooked with tomatoes and feta. The pools were clean and a good temperature, with very comfy loungers and shady spots, which were needed when temperatures were high. The pool bar was good, if not a little on the pricey side. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars, one of our favourites (Edem) being only a few minutes away. There was a small fridge in the room which was replenished with water daily. We didn’t mind the sink in the room at all. We also loved being able to go down to the coast and sit down by the sea. Overall it really was lovely, the staff very friendly but not overbearing. Very much recommended for a chilled break.
