Where do i start! he food was poop the hotel was filled with dust the bed sheets where paper thin had stains workers told us to f off. the hairdryer in the bathroom shot out glass the shower had a electrical wire hanging over the shower. doors wouldn’t lock anyone could come into our room. only good thing was the location the pork, bacon and cheese dish was vile, the drinks were years out of date and the chicken dish had just came out the coop .the-toilet seat snapped and wouldn’t flush as for the tv wouldn’t even turn on was about 30 year old. the corridors were as old as the hills hadn’t been painted since the opened, fell off my bed thought i was gunna end up in the reception, the beds (headboard and some sort of underneath) where also made out of the trees that where recently cut down, the lifts said out of order as if they where ever in operation , stairs had baby oil on and from the ground floor there was another 3 below god knows what was under there sure i seen some cells and cages a few rats also. the worker at the front desk hadn’t changed her clothes the whole trip. all we lived off was the bread and red bulls which were priced ridiculous, £100+ a night having a laugh would rather sleep in the streets of milan. am sure the cleaners nicked a tener from me wallet (not sure what cleaning they done) beds built like bricks as for the pillows they where built like sandpaper also sure the bed sheets had sand and some illnesses on. the windows had some cloth that appeared to be the same ones on the tables in the some called food hall lights where all dodgy also . this place is a utter dump waste of cash.

DONT EVER STAY HERE!! I stayed here on a ski trip with my school, the skiing was excellent!!! HOWEVER the hotel was disgusting, the food was inedible and the staff were terribly rude. The hotel is years behind modern times, showers were cold and we had to wait hours to even get one. We had to live off bread rolls for a week!!! This hotel seriously neeeds a reality check!

I stayed with my husband and our two children from December 30th to January 5th taking advantage of half board with New Year's Eve dinner to be paid separately. The hotel is in a truly excellent position in relation to the ski lifts (approximately 50m). The rooms are simple but clean and well kept (they do not have a mini-fridge, but the terrace and the temperatures of the place have replaced it!), the ladies who take care of the cleaning are very courteous. The girl at reception seemed helpful and courteous, we had a problem with the hairdryer and it was promptly replaced, as well as two pillows requested in addition to those already in the room. The food is quite good, with the exception of a couple of meat dishes which turned out not to be that great. The appetizer is buffet style as is the breakfast. The restaurant room is kept very tidy and clean, the only downside being the lack of friendliness of the maitre d'. The reception closes at 11pm and perhaps it could be an inconvenience as there is no night service, I am writing perhaps because in reality we did not need it so we did not perceive it as a disservice. The town is about 800m away on foot, it's a nice uphill walk, but you can do it, enjoying, among other things, a beautiful panorama.

We were guests from 17 to 24 August 2023. We had a great time. The chef Mr. Rino, professional and attentive to our every request, but above all we want to thank the director Mrs. Giulia who did her best to solve one of our logistical problems. We also highly recommend it for the quiet location, slightly away from the center, and with breathtaking views of the Pale di San Martino. Greetings from Sardinia Paolo and Maria Grazia

Neglected structure, poor cleaning, poor half board menu, non-existent WIFI, noisy because it is not soundproofed. The location is not bad for skiing, but the center is 20 minutes walk. To be avoided.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the people at the reception are prepared, available, polite and welcoming. The rooms are not too big but adequate. What really isn't right is the kitchen and the wait staff. A very young waiter, only following orders, so nothing to say, but the older one, really not very polite. Annoyed by the requests and not very available. We were a group of 13 people plus 2 3 year old children. Probably a loud and lively group, but our requests were always made in a polite manner. What really isn't right is the cuisine, not well looked after and of poor quality. We chose half board for convenience, but we were not satisfied with the dishes served. We knew that the children would pay the same as adults, since their room was a triple. This is also a truly absurd thing, but having accepted this rule at the time of booking, you cannot complain about anything, just because you are not satisfied with the cuisine. In my opinion this rule needs to be reviewed. A games room is available for children, but the entertainment staff is not exactly adequate, but at least in this room (even if not very clean) the children could let off steam and have fun. Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms. It's a shame because my room (325) overlooking the Pale di San Martino was truly wonderful and I would love to go back.
