Coming from California, we were not sure what to expect after booking directly online. From check-in to departure, we were delightfully impressed. We had a room with a beautiful view of the mountains surrounding the town. The package we booked included a couples massage and a private evening in the Sky Spa. There were plenty of places to walk around near the hotel and we also drove up to the local ski resort and took the gondola up to the top for more amazing views. The staff were all so friendly and assisted us with activity ideas. Having the meals included made it so simple. An amazing stay and we would return in a heartbeat!

The stayal and overall experience of the hotel is 10/10 without any doubt! It was our first time in Dolomites and they made it an unforgettable experience. From food, staff, rooms everything was perfect but I would like also to point out kids animation that was organized for them - from mini trips, organized meals with animators etc., it was a kind of experience we didn’t find in any other hotel we stayed. It was an absolute pleasure staying there and we will for sure repeat it.

Absolutely outstanding family hotel. Food fabulous. Service unequalled: they couldn't have done more for our baby. Family swimming pool superb. Adult only rooftop spa area fabulous. Amazing value. I don't understand why it's not 5 star.

The hotel and rooms are attractive, roomy and comfortable! Two things set this resort apart - excellent guided hikes that are included in the price, and the fabulous food! We’ll be back!
