The hotel has a good position near the village and the sky area. There is no private bus to take you there but public service, very busy during peak hour. Rooms are very basic, bed is so bad to let me have sore back all week long. Half board is as good as a School Cafeteria, service ok but quality of food pretty cheap. Lot of people screaming and shouting all afternoon long, personally I met drunken host in the aisle and nobody did anything to stop them. Spa on request not in the morning and by payment. This is 2 star hotel trying to improve but the way is still far.

I booked this with RCI a year before. Was never told that a ridiculous fee was mandatory! The resort wants me to pay a boarding fee of 770 euros for a weeks stay. ***!!! In the literture it states a fee of 50 to 55 euros period. It turns out that it is 55 per person plus per night! ***!!! It ruined my vacation! To travel all the way to italy and told that i have to pay a fee of 770 euros is a scam! That alone made me hate this place. Terrible communication! This place sucks!!!!

A fantastically fun and authentic family ski resort experience! Having never skied in Europe, this was our first experience, and it was delightful. The staff was the best part: every night, we were greeted before dinner announcing that evenings family entertainment downstairs. The front desk was very helpful with spa, ski lockers, directions, room heating, etc. The hotel location is excellent- across the street from the ski bus stop, 2 minute walk from downtown with great views. We read the information and talked to the hotel prior to arriving to confirm that breakfast and dinner are included, whether you eat there or not. It turned out to be a real bonus: not only is it super convenient to walk down from your room each evening for dinner after a tiring day of skiing, you get to sit next to the same people (mostly families) every night. This made the experience extra special: we got to meet several people who are now our friends! The food is good: consistent with the 3 star hotel rating. Each morning I had made to order eggs and everything you could want in a standard Euro breakfast. Dinners were hearty and nutritious. We would definitely return if/when we go back to Europe!

The hotel was a great disappointment, with no trace of Italian hospitality. The breakfast was poor and endlessly boring, with lots of pre-packed pastries and frozen pastries and instant coffee. There was no fresh food and no healthy nutritious breakfast. Dinner was a disaster. Starter of cheese and canned mushrooms, instant powdered soup, tasteless overcooked, unidentified spinach as main course with overcooked pasta, I wouldn't give my dog sausage and myrrh-coated dessert. The dinner was inedible and we indicated on our way that we did not wish to use it in the future, they did not indicate that we would have to pay for it anyway, only on the last day. Extremely poor customer service and they paid us for the entire 6 days dinner with a straight face. The mattresses in the rooms are as hard as a wooden board. Don't believe anything the receptionist says and any kind smile to your face. The town itself is wonderful, the ski slopes are fantastic, just don't stay here! If you don't stay here you'll be fine.

It was a nice staying with beautiful people in a great location! The surroundings are stunning! The rooms were clean and big. We had a big kitchen. The view was great. The food was delicious and various every day but it took a long time to be served.

Hotel is nice and rooms are good. The best expirience was signora Monica in the restaurant. She was friendly to us and our children. Together with the kitchen team she met all of our requests, and her service was above all expectations!

Clean but slightly tired and lacking of some room facilities like kettle and toaster in the kitchen. Also can hear next door neighbours a lot. Location very nice in a beautiful little town.

We have stayed twice at this resort. The staff is the best thing about this resort. we had half board and the food is good and varied during the week. Some units are a bit small but the ones we had with a partial kitchen are a nice size. The area is nice, town is small and hiking or skiing is a biggest attraction.
