First of all you have to pay 1 euro per one hour of air conditioning in your house. Second of all you have to have a swimming hat to go into the pool. In the houses there is no toilet paper nor dish soap or dishwasher. The Wi-Fi is terrible here and has a limit, so for a longer stay like ours after a few days it’s not gonna work. Staff doesn’t speak English. Pool closes at ridiculous hours in the middle of the day, in the pool you cannot dive nor jump. The restaurant staff is terrible, we sat at the table, got our own menus because no one came even though they were standing nearby, and after us being irritated and going to the waiter to order, he told us that the restaurant closed. IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. At night and in the evening you cannot even sit on your balcony and talk because there are people shushing you and patrolling the whole camping whole night. You have to pay extra if you have a dog.

I stayed at the resort a while ago, and it was a wonderful experience, but other aspects leave a lot to be desired. The houses are tiny, unlike what the photos show. I think the value for money needs to be reconsidered. The bar/dining staff are terrible at welcoming guests. The young waiters make fun of you to your face, and the bartenders aren't very experienced. Otherwise, the resort is beautiful and well-connected.

Positive aspects: 1) well-kept and clean outdoor areas, 2) the restaurant (dining room and kitchen) a special thanks to Vasco and his staff as they are always polite and helpful 3) well-functioning shuttle service to the beach Negative aspects: 1) disappointing standard mobile homes, upon arrival you find yourself making the beds, when you walk they all wobble and it feels like being on a boat with rough seas, double mattress caved in the center (not very comfortable sleep), 2) glass ceiling light in the children's room that fell while walking and broke into a thousand pieces as the springs of the hooks holding the glass were broken, 3) after reporting the broken ceiling light to the housekeeper (I think) her response was not very polite 4) cost for just the overnight stay in this accommodation a bit high for what you find once you arrive 5) little space available for deck chairs by the pool... it often happens that you don't find a place when it is most crowded.

A pleasant setting surrounded by greenery in a strategic location. Excellent restaurant and relaxing pool. It's a shame all this contradicted the services offered but not provided. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and the floor was soaked by abundant condensation from the air conditioning exhaust, creating puddles of water everywhere. When we expressed our inconvenience, the reception staff apologized, dismissed us, and brought us drying mats and promised to send a technician to boost the Wi-Fi, but he never showed up. It's a shame, because a place like this deserves to be better developed.

I stayed with my family (four people) for a week, choosing the Mobile Home Superior. The bungalow was true to the photos on the website, well-stocked (perhaps add some milk jugs and an extra frying pan) and very clean. The only problem is that it seems a bit shaky... so if someone were to get up in the middle of the night, they'd wake everyone up (it sounds like an earthquake!). The resort has a very clean pool, one 2m deep, one 130cm deep, and two smaller pools, one of which is raised 70cm deep. Umbrellas, deckchairs, and sunbeds are not commensurate with the actual number of guests in high season. There is, however, the option of going to the beach via a free shuttle with scheduled times, theoretically every 30 minutes (in reality, it takes less if there's no traffic; in June, it takes about 10 minutes). We were a bit disappointed with the beach volleyball court; rather than sand, it was covered in dirt, rocks, and pine needles, clearly unkempt and therefore unusable. Besides the fact that there wasn't a ball at reception because they "had yet to buy one"... We also tried the tennis court, which had centuries-old, slightly damaged balls. There were some misunderstandings during the booking process, and we didn't always receive a response, not only by email but also by phone (no one answered in February/March). We also had to book another accommodation, the brick villa, for two of our guests for two days. It's a shame there's no freezer (the Superior one does). The village's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk between Sirolo and Numana, for those who can walk uphill (not recommended for disabled or elderly guests). From Sirolo, you can reach it by car (not recommended due to paid parking), by free municipal bus, or by taking lovely walks (the longest route to reach Sassi Neri and San Michele is about 1.5 hours). By car, it's also easy to reach wonderful towns like Offagna, Recanati, Loreto, and Osimo. The free parking is excellent. Strengths were the helpfulness, friendliness, and efficiency of the staff (maintenance workers, gardeners, shuttle driver, and cleaning ladies); we weren't entirely satisfied with the reception staff, who weren't always punctual, but were always available to accommodate our requests. One receptionist, in particular, provided us with valuable information on walking to the beaches, recommending the most beautiful towns to visit. The price was slightly high for the services offered (small pool, unusable beach volleyball court).

The property is very well maintained, clean, and caters to every need. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the restaurant is a real highlight, where the truly special and courteous staff fulfilled our every wish. (Elena and Aurora were truly the best.) Vasco is a paragon of helpfulness and courtesy. The shuttle service, which was truly well-organized, is also a top-notch service. We will definitely be back. The property is suitable for children and pets, and the pool is a real highlight.
