The hotel is in front of a very dirty river which smells like a gutter. Hotel rooms are directly on the road. The name sake restaurants is on a small corner whre they dry their clothes on rope. I would not recommend to stay here.

Staff is very supportive, Good Ambience, Service is very good, I was having my child (1year) staff was ready to whatever they can to provide good service. overall Awesome 👍

I had a single night stay at mt abu. So it was a brief stay at karnavati. But it was good enough. Room was on 2nd floor without a lift. But it was not a big problem for us, although senior citizens be alert. Service, foods and room were good. The complimentary breakfast was given at hotel hillock, the parent hotel. Awesome food quality, we liked it very much. Had our car parked in the hotel itself. The backyard garden is an additional entertainment.

Beautiful location. Both the tents as well as the rooms are good. Food is great. Plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the scenic beauty of mount abu. There is some amount of walking and climbing steps involved. The reception is helpful and takes action immediately.
