We had booked this place only for a night, however, the experience was very poor. One of the rooms washroom was not clean, second rooms flush was not working.in all the rooms there was no water, towel, soap and we had to ask for every single thing. Booked it based on the positive reviews but our experience was terrible.definitely wont recommend

The location of the hotel is really convenient as it's walking distance from the railway station. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, i had requested an early check-in and they were happy to oblige. The room was clean and spacious, but the ac wasn't working. The switches in the room were very confusing. No food options close by, and no indication of a restaurant present in the premises or a menu.

It was a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and safe. Staffs are very professional and easy to reach out to. There is a restaurant next to the hotel room named hotel royal palace which serves good food. Thank you!

Room service was very bad, milk and bread ordered, came after 1. 5 hours, made number of phones at reception, even water was not given on arrival eve ro water, further room phone was full of dust,

Location is good near to abu road railway station. Staff is very good and cooperative and always reedy for good service. Rooms are clean.
