Great location and very responsive host. We booked because we wanted a central place to stay and were not disappointed with the location. However, the room was very very noisy and we were disturbed every morning by the door (5am) which was unfortunate. I could then also hear moving about and footsteps through the wall / ceiling. On the plus side, the beds are comfortable and everything else worked. We found shutting the bathroom door helped distribute the aircon better throughout the 2 rooms. I agree with former comments that the scatter cushions and upholstery could do with a deep clean. Would we stay there again? My children would but I would not… great for those who want a central location in Sirmione at a more reasonable price than other alternatives.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here and was left a little disappointed. When we arrived we needed to call as our keys where not available and we needed to wait for the host to come and drop them off as there is no reception. We had 2 large suitcases with us (our 4 nights here was part of a bigger trip to Italy) there was no offer to help us carry the suitcases up to the top floor, just simply opened the main door and walked away. When we got to our room; I was initially impressed however; we then noticed stains on the bedding; I have attached a photo. I was then really uncomfortable sleeping in the bed. During the 4 night visit the room was cleaned once and the stains remained. The room itself is very small, a little too small for a 4 night visit! Being more positive, the price is great and the location is perfect! Would be ideal for a short 1 or 2 night break! With a strong recommendation to change the dirty duvet on the top floor!

As a couple, we had a wonderful experience, the suite lacks nothing. It's clean, well decorated and spacious, not to mention: Air-Conditioned, It is located in the heart of the old town, yet, very quiet. abehind the apartment there's a cheap local bar with great cheap food, which we recommend if you're tired, hungry, thirsty and want to catch a bite and go to sleep.

I spent a night in this structure: large, comfortable and clean room in the center of Sirmione, check in and check out done independently thanks to the safe containing the key outside the structure. Excellent value for money!. Owners always available with prompt response to whatsapp messages.

I have been going to this establishment for about 1 year. Excellent facility with neat and clean rooms. Strategic location in the center of Sirmione and very convenient for accessing the spa. I frequented it with friends and daughter over and over again, always recommending it with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, in May 2023, the great management incompetence of the owners emerged. I had booked, through Booking, a family suite in via Romagnoli, 15. Room already used several times and beautiful. It was my gift to my friend. We arrive in the evening at around 6pm we go in and...our room is OCCUPIED!!! Disconcerted, I call Tania, the owner, who arrives after about 30 minutes and tells us that she doesn't know what happened, that some Swiss motorcyclists had occupied our room. Naturally it was not possible to make them come out, clean the room and therefore he suggested that we go to their other facility in via Campane. However, this structure is clearly inferior and, in any case, it was not the one I booked. The owner offers us either a full refund for the inconvenience or the possibility of hosting us for free in the room we chose in a subsequent stay. We accept the second proposal. On 9/21/2023 we book our stay DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNER (2 months in advance). Happy to give my friend 2 wonderful days, on the afternoon of 20/9/23 around 4pm I contact Tania and make the final arrangements for our arrival and the parking agreement. All confirmed. At 8pm I receive a message in which she tells me she doesn't know how it happened but the room is not available. Neither that nor others in its structure! Shocked I can't understand it. I had also booked the entrances to the spa (now no longer refundable or postponeable). At this point I ask for an immediate refund of the cost incurred for the room the first time (May 2023) given that it has never been possible to stay in the room I chose. The owner accepts but... to date I have not yet received ANY BANK TRANSFER! Those who work can sometimes make mistakes but, persevering is INTOLERABLE, there is a lack of respect and perhaps even skills!

We stayed in this small hotel, run by private individuals, for three days, from 31 December to 2 January, for New Year's Eve. We spent around 75 euros each per night, but I would definitely go back. Absolutely excellent management, easy going and with maximum availability. Already on booking the owner responded quickly and was very helpful with all our needs. They also made us find a bottle of sparkling wine in the room, two small gifts and several snacks for breakfast. In the room you will find everything you need: slippers, hairdryer, towels, shampoo and shower gel. The location is very convenient, located right in the historic center. We came by train and took the bus. The first stop is just 5 minutes walk. If you choose to come by car, write to the hotel and they will offer you parking for 15 euros per day and a free shuttle that takes you to the hotel, since the parking is not in the historic center. Everything clean and tidy, really nothing to say. The area is also quiet, also close to the castle and the spa, just 5 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend it!
