If you drop it off in the morning, it will be ready in the evening). Travelers without a car can use the shuttle service to Wat Sirindhorn for B500. You can also rent a motorbike for B200, but it is surprisingly far away and it gets dark after 7pm. Foreign travelers who are unfamiliar with the way are better off using the shuttle service.
