We liked our stay very much, the place is special and carries charm and history, and the staff is wonderfully kind. Rooms OK. Restaurant was great, the chef’s menu was original, tasty, local. And the wine ! Same for breakfast - very generous and .. good for late sleepers.

We stayed here with our daughter and partner for 3 nights visiting family in the area. The place itself is lovely, the furniture and decor are charming and very individual. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Our bed was very comfortable and our room (7 I think) was clean with nice decor. AC worked perfectly but it was nice to be able to open the window and get fresh air. The only downside was the bathroom was tiny and there was nowhere to dry more than one towel. When you used the shower it got water everywhere and the bath was too small. Would have expected a few more toiletries in bathroom, when you travel with only hand luggage you need them. Our daughter had smaller room with a shower and a terrace and steps down to the pool. The pool area could do with a bit of painting and generally tidying up, but I love the cool shady area under cover and it's very comfortable. I think we have to remember that everyone is coming out of covid and these things all take time and money. The spa area was very enjoyable even if one of the rooms was out of order. But the food was our favourite! Dining there in the evenings, having a drink before dinner was just fabulous. 50 euro a head for 5 courses, and the food was superb as was the wine. We had a few menu du jours locally for 30/25 euro a head which to be honest were very average and I didn't really enjoy. There isnt much competition I suppose. Spent between 15 and 25 euros a head in the bar round the corner for one course lunch, so to be honest 50 euros for a fabulous meal represented excellent value. Breakfast at the chateau was also really good. We will definitely be returning, other guests in the hotel were friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Very good time spent for New Year's Eve, excellent cuisine for the evening meal and breakfast the next day, quality, quantity, choice, top breakfast, local quality products, pastries and homemade cakes in self-service, discretion, calm, I found everything very clean, I don't understand previous reviews.

Personnel sympathique établissement très propre mais le prix est excessif pour le séjour, le spa n’est pas à la hauteur et menu unique pour un 4 étoiles c’est décevant . Aucune décoration dans les couloirs vous n’avez pas l’impression d’être dans un château sauf au bar et au restaurant

Un accueil chaleureux par des propriétaires passionnés et aux petits soins sans être envahissants. Un personnel toujours souriant et prévenant. Ce qu'on a adoré : Le calme absolu Chambre spacieuse et bien agencée Literie de grande qualité et mini bar à disposition Cuisine de très grande qualité par le fils de la famille, repas du Réveillon excellent avec un accord mets et vins intéressant. Ce qu'on aurait aimé Une salle de bains un peu plus cosy (un pare douche à la baignoire serait utile pour les grands) Une offre restauration complémentaire plus "simple" pour les petites faims (mais ce serait aussi se priver du génie culinaire de Thomas...) Merci à toute la famille pour ce séjour reposant et bienveillant

Si vous appréciez les valeurs comme le raffinement et le chic du cadre ambiant ainsi que la possibilité de profiter des plaisirs de la gastronomie alliant la recherche et la qualité, vous devez séjourner au chäteau de Siran. Accueillis par Nadège et Gérard BLET, vos hôtes, qui se feront un plaisir de vous guider et commenter l'histoire du lieu, vous ne pourrez qu'avoir la certitude du bon choix. Les suites, toutes différentes mais avec pour point commun une hôtellerie de haut niveau, offrent de belles prestations comme une literie confortable et je recommande la suite n° 4 avec sa grande terrasse privée. Ne manquez pas de dîner au château pour profiter pleinement du talent de Thomas, le chef, fils des maitres de céans. Le menu du réveillon de Noël a permis à Thomas de nous exposer l'étendue de son talent et son côté "magicien" dans le mariage des saveurs. Un grand moment !!! Soulignons que l'équipe qui anime les lieux fait preuve du plus grand professionnalisme. Enfin, à tout moment et toute circonstance, le sourire est toujours présent ! Après un séjour aussi agréable, on ne peut exprimer qu'une chose : revenir bientôt. Merci à nouveau pour votre accueil./.

Petite attention dans la chambre boissons etc,le personnel ressemble à une grande famille ,travaille avec les produits du terroir..le repas est vraiment gastronomique,saveurs succulentes,le cuisto décline le légume en différentes structures ..très bbon.au spa,le massage est tres bien réalisé ,détente absolue..vraiment bel endroit

Si vous séjournez au Château de Siran, vous vivrez une belle expérience tant hôtelière que gastronomique. A votre arrivée vous serez accueillis par le maître des lieux, affable et courtois, toujours à l'écoute de ses clients. Son épouse est présente en permanence pour répondre à vos souhaits. Je recommande la suite n° 4 avec sa grande terrasse privée de 40 m2. D'une propreté méticuleuse, vous bénéficierez entre autres d'une douche à l'italienne fort agréable et surtout d'une literie très confortable (matelas de grande épaisseur et moelleux). Le diner au restaurant du château est un festival gastronomique à ne surtout pas rater. Chaque plat vous propose une multitude de saveurs délicates, le tout servi avec professionnalisme et sourire par Clotilde qu'il faut remercier. Enfin, ne manquez pas le petit déjeuner très complet, copieux et de qualité. En conclusion, qualité des prestations, de l'accueil, professionnalisme et surtout sourire sont les atouts majeurs du Château de Siran et je les en remercie./.
