Το διαμερισμα ήταν πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένο, σε πολύ καλό σημείο με πρόσβαση σε όλα σε λίγα μόλις λεπτά.
Είχα μια δυσκολία αρχικά στην επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη αλλά στην πορεία όλα πήγαν καλά και μας εξυπηρέτησαν και πιο νωρίς με το check in.
Το μπάνιο είχε λίγα μικρά μαμουνακια που έβγαιναν από μια τρύπα μέσα στη ντουζιέρα... Το μόνο αρνητικό από άποψη καθαριότητας.

Building has a beautiful exterior but unfortunately on a street with piles of garbage and abandoned homes. Once you are able to deal with that-the area and location are convenient especially for parking (safe and free). Short walk to ortigia, main streets and train station. No frills apartment in need of some maintenance. Towel rod falling and a mattress cover a must! The apartment is small and there is no outdoor space. Do not recommend for a family over 3 people and for more than a couple of nights. Staff friendly and helpful.

Großes modernes Zimmer mit Küche, in einem restaurierungsbedürftigen Gebäude. Neues, sauberes Bad. Für PKW kaum Parkmöglichkeit.
Sehr schönes Frühstück im 200m entfernten Partnerhotel.
