We stayed in both of the apartments. The larger one with the terrace is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The view is fantastic and there is plenty of room on the terrace to sunbathe and relax. The smaller one is a very pleasant room, again very comfortable and clean and has , I felt, a more homely feel. The balcony however is very narrow,only room for a small table & two chairs . The view is wonderful and location excellent. We were let down by the atrocious attitude of the agent. The safe was locked when we arrived and there was no toaster as listed. We contacted the agent & he replied " the safe cannot be used I don't know how to open it" " the toaster is broken you can use pan". Totally unacceptable given the cost of this holiday. This bad attitude was highlighted the following week when the customer service in Castelmola was exceptional.
