"Stayed one night. Room was clean and bed was huge. Swim, steam room, and sauna in the morning were great, too. Positives: complimentary water, helpful staff, and nice smelling shower gel, plus the above. Hoppa bus from outside the hotel was helpful. Negatives: Room service menu is rubbish for vegans and there's a £7 charge to bring food to your door. I opted to collect it, but it took twice as long to prep as they said, and they won't buzz your room to let you know when it's ready. My rainhead shower looked better than it was (plus there were a few hairs that definitely weren't mine), and one of the bedside lamps wasn't working. No biscuits felt a bit mean! It was one night. It was fine. But they say they go over and above, and this was pleasantly average, not exceptional."

"Excellent for 1 night stay to make sure you reach Heathrow Airport in time the next day. Bus 111, 105 and 278 allow easy access between the hotel and Central Bus Station at Terminal 2. The room is quiet and reasonably fitted, with clean bathroom. Breakfast is good. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is a pub serving hot food not far from the hotel, but not much other choices, though."

"Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached. Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏 Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good. Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok"

"The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, which was ideal as we had to leave very early the next morning. The property looked modern and relatively new, and the beds were especially comfortable after a long 13-hour flight. The bathroom was clean, and the room came with a kettle, coffee, and tea, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when assisting us with transport arrangements to the airport. One staff member even called to help us check the taxi fare for our early morning journey. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and it set a great tone for the start of our holiday."

"Perfect location to the airport - £8 taxi to terminal 2. Very clean room. Room facilities ideal for a short stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast ok get down before 6:30am to make sure you get a good table. Plenty os selection for breakfast food. I would stay again at the hotel. If asked I would recommend the hotel to my friends."

"I really want to thank the management and staff for helping me to get back my kindle device which we left in the room safe. We only realised that we forgot to pack the kindle in our luggage after we landed back in our home country. The kind hotel staff then helped us to pack and hand over the kindle to the parcel delivery company. Excellent service!"

"I received two bottles of water while I checked in (even I am just one person) The room is best so far I stayed in London for 4 difficult hotel.  Towels are very clean. Large TV, soft bed but extremely comfortable. The bus stop just outside of hotel near all the hotels in bath room (I think it is the closest stop compare to all other hotels) I didn’t have chance to try the restaurant but people are just so nice."
