Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached.
Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe
Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏
Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good.
Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok

Our flight is cancelled in the midnight so we had to stay near the airport for an extra day. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and the breakfast is good. However unlike other IHG hotels, they do not provide bottled water, toothbrush and slippers complimentarily to customers, you have to bring your own.

Everything was great, can't really access to the gym room, the kettle was not clean to boil the hot water. staff was friendly and service was good! Breakfast can be more choices. Overall experience perfect!

Location is not too far from the airport. I had to call the hotel to find out which bus to get on at the airport. The room we stayed was great for a family of four two adults and two kids age of 11. Beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel offers good amenities and great complimentary English breakfast. Our kids really loved the breakfast and compllimentary drinks.

A great hotel and one of I’ve not stayed before within the IHG group. The rooms are of great size especially for London. The breakfast was also full of options. Great stay!

Close to Heathrow, staff is friendly. Room is spacious and quiet with fully furnished. Love the hotel breakfast and complimentary drinks with wide range of choices.

Everything is good. Location is good if staying for early flight or late arriving flight. Should provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Thanks the girl at front desk for booking a mini cab for us.

We stay regularly at the Staybridge . Good clean rooms with kitchen facilities and they have social evenings on a weekday as well as free breakfast which has a good range of amenities.
