設施太差了，地板一踩滋滋作響，空調不開也一直有響聲，而且空調一直是涼風。窗外一直有巨大空調外機的聲音，晚上根本睡不着。衞生間水龍頭出水會噴射起步，把你衣服全部打濕。被子上全是細小灰塵屑包括電視底下的枱子上全都是，有鼻炎的住進去簡直就是酷刑。由於考試期間周邊房源不足沒辦法換住的地方，衹能硬住兩天。
唯一優點可能就是考試期間周邊賓館全部大幅度漲價，衹有這裏沒漲價。

隔音效果非常差，好像衹有個木板一樣，隔壁説話聲都非常清楚。換了個房間依然這樣。在師院附近溜達完懶得換了。前台辦理完入住，一聽到隔壁説話聲就覺得涼了。床還特別軟，第二天起來渾身痠疼。
