親屬第一次來四平，住民和酒店感覺這家酒店真的很不錯外面零下二三十度，室內温暖如春，工作人員都穿着短袖位置離家近，停車方便。服務員非常熱情，免費洗了衣服.衞生特別乾淨[強][強]

民和酒店（四平歐亞購物中心店）前台美女帥哥服務熱情，我們提出的要求，馬上就給解決！房間乾淨，空調很暖和，保潔員很認真熱情。樓前有免費停車場，酒店性價比很高，以後來四平還會入住該酒店。

房間雖小導致配置齊全。各項設施功能齊全。缺點是因為靠近馬路，樓層在2樓，一開窗噪音很大。房間面積較小。但是性價比高。
