Manami Resort

The resort certainly lived up to the advertised Luxury rating. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The activities included kayaking, snorkeling, cave spelunking, and beautiful pools. The spa area is separated and beautiful at night. The aquatics personnel were marine biologist with designated areas preserved for private ocean life observation. The resort is widely recognized among the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, attaining a World Luxury Hotel Award in 2024 for its architectural design, luxury boutique, and ocean view. This speaks greatly of how uniquely designed and culturally detailed the resort's building structure and souvenirs are. I'd like to share a brief overview of my "Manami" experience. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a cold towel, a shell bracelet, and sugar cane juice. The staff were professional and accommodating. Proceeding to their dining area, I was stunned by the mesmerizing view of the pool. The ambiance calmed my anxious mind. By the time the food was all set and ready, I couldn’t help but crave more! After lunch, we went to our designated rooms. We were given a creatively handcrafted Filipino-styled card that caught my attention. I enjoyed cuddling on the bunk bed. I specifically loved the bathroom. 😍 The terrace's breathtaking view took me down memory lane to a time when everything felt stress-free. Exploring the Beauty of Sipalay We went island hopping, where we tried snorkeling for an undersea experience and had a festive lunch on the lancha. The tour guide did a great job explaining the rich history of each island in Sipalay. Before heading back to the resort, we were sprayed with an Evian mist to release our stress; it was matched with a cold towel for refreshment after hours of swimming under the heat of the sun. Back at the resort, I tried kayaking, which I fancied several times during the trip. It was an amazing experience. Commodities and Accommodations We Adored Throughout our two nights at the resort, the bat cave thrilled us all. The golf cart ride was nice, and we got the chance to see the helipad that highlighted the stunning view of Sipalay. Last but not least—how could I forget?! The Linong Spa! Tranquility at its finest! The massage was damn excellent!😭🫶 I want to experience it repeatedly. Manami Resort is not just a tourist destination; it also provides plenty of opportunities for the locals of Sipalay, which made me appreciate it even more. My family and I had a wonderful time at Manami Resort. I will surely recommend this place to everyone I know!

We originally planned on going to Siquijor for our short vacation last month. However, upon seeing the website of Manami Resort, I immediately changed my mind and decided book a room here instead. I was so enthralled by the pictures of the resort in the website so one can just imagine what I felt when we arrived there. Going to Manami is quite easy - from Manila, guests have to fly to either Dumaguete or Bacolod and endure a 3-1/2 hour van ride to Sipalay City. The resort will arrange the van themselves, and include it in the bill. The resort staff are nice and helpful and whenever we requested for supplies like tissue or water, these would Immediately be delivered to our room. The internet is fast, the rooms are elegantly designed, and the food served by resort’s Lingaw Restaurant is delicious. I availed of almost everything during our 3-day stay - massage, bat cave tour, Sipalay City and island hopping tours. I took a lot of pictures, which showed just how lovely the place is. Indeed, Manami Resort is one of the most beautiful resorts in the Philippines, and I would love to go back there the next chance I get.

Even though it wasn’t the best time to visit the resort because of the weather, we managed to have fun during our stay. Everyone was very accommodating! I love all the food that we tried. For breakfast, don’t miss dried small fish and chicken tocino! Cant get enough of these two! We enjoy’d the cocktails, mocktails and even the free sugarcane juice! I want to thank Kuya Danilo for taking care of us during our water activity. He was very patient with us. Will definitely go back to this place soon!

One of the most beautiful and authentic resorts in the Philippines. Wonderful staff, delicious food and attention to detail. The GM (Jiro) as well as his wel trained employees, goes above and beyond their duties to give the guests the best experience. I highly recommend staying here. It is worth the long journey to get there.

We visited lots of hotels around Asia, in the Philippines this is by far the prettiest we stayed at! 🩷 This is luxury! Everything is designed with local materials. The bedrooms are around greeneries. The spa design is jaw dropping. Food was so good too, we had to make a list of all we wanted to try! 🤣 Staff was exceptional, always ready to help and with little personal attentions. Kids and parents loved it, we can't wait for our next visit! 😄
