I have stayed at this property many times, and the recent management change has solidified my thoughts on ever staying again! You’re much better off staying at The Canopy Hotel just a couple blocks away!

A great spot if you want to absorb downtown Sioux Falls. Everything is walkable and it's pretty easy to get a Lyft or use public transportation to reach just about any place.

This is a lovely historic hotel. Love the way they have modernized but kept the charming history. The bar, in the vault, is a muat visit! Such a cool place! The downtown area is charming!

Great room with nice bathroom. Excellent condition and upkeep. Unfortunately no breakfast aside from a coffee and muffin stand (no sit down) but cool hotel with good location.

Beautiful hotel with a unique atmosphere (bank vault doorway going into lounge). Stayed on a Friday night. Can walk to many places on Philips. A little noisy with people revving up motors throughout the night.

The pictures look a lot nicer than the actual installations. There was no desk, table, or working area in the room.
Refund policy non existent, was charged for 2 nights I did not stay for.
The Holiday Inn a block away has better accommodations.

The street noise. Loud motorcycle and car noise late into the night was annoying and disruptive to say the least. I wouldn't stay there again due to this noise issue.

Our stay was very enjoyable, and for an excellent price. The only thing missing is a luggage rack.
