We were in town for a Dr. visit. The hotel is nothing fancy but if you're looking for a clean, affordable place with no frills, this is the place for you.

This place is conveniently connected to Avera McKenna when you are staying there because a loved one is having surgery in the hospital. The heat wasn't working. Jad to get it fixed and the temps were in the negatives

Employees are really nice. We stayed during Chris**as and the employee brought food for any guest that didnt have anywhere to go.

Best part is walking distance to Avera Mckennan Hospital. This is a no frills hotel. Has what you need, no extras. Comfy bed, no dresser just a luggage cart. All the rooms are a little different, I saw 4 of them because my family was there. Nice breakfast room, simple food whenever you want it.

This hotel is clean, quiet and reasonably priced.
We had everything we needed in our room. It was also very clean, including the bedding and towels.
The continental breakfast had a good selection of the basics but they could add some fruit.
