They provided an upgrade and a quick overview of the property. The room was perfect so that we could stretch out. Conveniently located and relatively easy to find amidst many other Marriott properties. The morning food was fresh. Everything was well kept and the room was really clean! I'd stay back here in a heartbeat! One of the best Fairfield's we've stayed in! Keep up the good work, Sioux Falls!

The rooms are more spacious and the facilities are newer. There is a small balcony that overlooks the outdoors. The hotel is very close to Su Waterfall Park, walking distance, breakfast is also quite rich, more affordable!

Was there one night for business. The gentleman that checked us in was very warm and friendly and check in went smooth. The room was much larger than expected and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I return. The plus is also the short ride to the airport!

We stayed here for one night while passing through and it was excellent! Friendly and helpful staff. The gentleman at the front desk was thoughtful and gave us a large suite room on the first floor so that it would be easier with our puppy. Very clean spotless room! Good breakfast! Good location and easy to get back on the interstate. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Was very inviting. Had a real cool water park inside but didn't use it. Had a good night at Boss Pizza and next morning had a great breakfast there. When checking out I asked the desk to call me a cab. She started to but then asked me where I was going. I told her the airport so she got me a free shuttle to the airport. Only thing I would recommend is that if you give veteran's discounts, you should ask the guest if they were a veteran so they could receive it. I kept forgetting to ask.

This is located right along the river and you have to get out there and go for a walk. The path leads all the way down to the falls. It is worth the walk - it is only about 6 blocks or so. The artwork or sculpture right out back is really cool. I am not an art guy, but that is cool and they change the lights on it every night.
