Older hotel but is well maintained. It's more on the edge of the city by the highway but you can get everywhere you need to easily. Good prices, staff was friendly and quick with check in. Room is a little small and so is bathroom but like I said, older hotel. Fitness center and pool looked good. Restaurant off lobby is good and there are others in walking distance. Easy to get around and in and out of.

The hotel is located right off the interstate and within walking distance of the tyson events center, food, and a walgreens. However, this location really doesn't feel like the safest place to leave your car overnight (there are many signs in the lot warning you to remove your valuables from your vehicle). The halls getting to your room are nothing special but clean. The rooms are a bit on the small side, with small balcony's which you cannot walk out on. It was a bit surprising to find just a shower without a tub, but it works and the bathroom was in ok shape. Our overnight was good with a couple of exceptions. !. A train could be heard coming though overnight that was loud enough to wake me up. 2. Housekeeping came by and knocked on our door at 9am, so I guess it was time to get up. The pool was noisy but well kept, and the sauna had plenty of space.

Reserved a room for a Boston concert. They were very accommodating to get us a room way earlier than normal Check in. Room 509 was great. Small but very relaxing. King size bed was very comfortable. Everything else was exactly as it should be. This was a great stay.

First off, this is NOT a Holiday Inn. It was once a Holiday Inn, and probably a nice one in about 1988, but it is an absolute dump. Saw black mold behind peeling wallpaper when I walked in. The TV stand was pulled away from the wall because something clearly happened behind it. The "desk" was two sofa tables standing together near the door. There are cockroaches everywhere and the carpet in the hallway is black (it didn"t start out as black, trust me) They advertise an indoor pool and spa. Both are closed. No breakfast, no amenities, no redeeming value. There are vagrants and beggars outside and the new management is doing nothing to stop any of t. I checked in, walked in my "room", said "NOPE!" and went straight to the front desk to tell them it's a dump and there is no way I'm staying. To her credit, the girl at the front desk didn't even try to put up an argument. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

On 7-26-2022 I made a reservation online on their website. On 8-10-2022 I got an email saying how the hotel was looking forward to my visit and asked if there was anything special I needed during my stay. A normal email for a hotel that is OPEN!! When my group of 5 arrived to the hotel we found the top to floors totally destroyed and a chute coming out of the floor below with debris from the rooms. see the pictures.. The parking lot was blocked off with cones and yellow tape. On the front door was a note saying the hotel was temporarily closed. If you booked with a 3rd party you would have to contact them for a refund. Nothing about the other guest that booked direct. Why didn't we get a email saying the hotel was closed and we would need to make other reservations, they had our emails. I've gone back to their website and they are still accepting reservations for the future. DO NOT MAKE ANY!!! I sent an email on their website and it came back undeliverable. There was a different email on the door not. I've sent an email to that address and have not heard back. My review is DO NOT MAKE ANY RESERVATION WITH THE HOTEL FOR AT LEAST A YEAR AND ESPECIALLY WITHOUT TALKING LIVE TIME TO SOMEONE, BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS OR OUR BUSINESS!!!!!

Gave us a room near elevator, all night other guests were slamming their doors and waking us up at 1 AM, 2 AM, 3 AM, etc. Exhausted and travel tomorrow will be tough. Rough place and quite rugged with some pretty rude guests.
