The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, but the remote for our TV did not work and there was a dirty towel in the bathroom.

I didn't like the check in time because i was there at 11.30am and had to wait until 2:00pm to get check in.

Everything was really good from check in to check out. The only negative was water pressure but the bed was really comfortable.

We had a short two night stay for a class reunion . The front desk people were quite helpful when we had to change rooms the second night. The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was much nicer the second morning, with yogurt and boiled eggs, and a better fresh fruit selection.

I have stayed here several times and have always been pleasantly surprised at how nice everything is. The rooms are always so clean and the beds are very comfortable. They have a recliner or chair/ottoman in every room, which is nice for relaxing. The rooms are large and have lots of space. Their customer service is the best thing about the hotel, though - everyone is always so friendly and makes you feel at home. They make conversation with you and seem to truly care about their visitors. All the other Dordt parents that I"ve talked to feel the same way.
