This is out of stars… chaotic place. Moldy the room everywhere. Disaster costumers/ receptionist.when we wanted to check out They said we should have paid for our dinner twice. below par, cannot be called accommodation. never again………..

Family of 2+1 (11 years old) and we had a small apartment: 1 room with kitchenette and a separate bedroom. The rooms are nothing to write home about, but it was clean. The air conditioner did not work in the bedroom and the first night it was really hard to sleep in that heat. We complained, but there was no action taken. Second night we had a storm and it cooled down the bedroom a bit. Breakfast was ok and included in the price. There was also a finnish sauna and hot tube available for free. The view to the lake is amazing, there are inflatable boats, bicycles and beach furniture to make your stay comfortable. Children will be in the water most of the time anyway and overall I recommend the place even though the name "royal" might be a bit confusing :-)

Don’t bother unless you like paying a premium for a dirty dilapidated hotel. Firstly It’s not a 4 star hotel as it was advertised, we didn’t get the room we booked, it was filthy and dilapidated as per the pictures attached. I wanted to walk as soon as I arrived but was trapped with booking.coms cancellation policy. I will be avoiding using them again since they facilitate such false advertising. Even the taxi driver said it should be avoided. There are much better places in siofok for the same price or half the price. Don’t be fooled

Die Apartments waren sehr klein, leider noch kleiner das Badezimmer. Jedoch ist das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war zwar klein aber sehr gut. Der direkte Seezugang ist der Wahnsinn. Kajaks und SUP waren verfügbar - Massagen kann man direkt im Hotel buchen und es wird dann auch direkt im Hotel massiert. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt im Hotelbereich gegen Gebühr.
