"Metro & trains station are all within walking distance. Not too far to walk to walk to the Grand Market too. Nice breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Gluten free and vegan options too. Wish they would change the menu after 2-3 days. Got sick of the repeated menu by 3rd day. Love the 24h gym and sauna."

"Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day."

"Loved the decor, it felt very modern and calming. The bed was comfy and the bath was great. Only thing was the room was a bit warm and couldn’t work out how to made it colder than 18.5 but was only there one night and didn’t ask so there was probably a fix!"

"The hotel was good. The location is good. One thing you need to be careful about is that this hotel comes in an uphill location, so you need to be ready to walk. There is only one thing that made my stay awful. it was some stains on the bed. I arrived at 2 AM. I was tired and I decided to sleep but in the morning I woke up. And I found out that the bed was having weird spots, It looks like human ****."

"Very tidy and very nice interior. The shower water pressure is also high and there is a capsule machine. Very satisfied with the bed and bedding condition."

"Hotel at a great location, mins to tram, metro stations. Train station is only 10min walk away. Carrefour express is opposite too. Room is very spacious, with huge bed. Interior design  visually was so so but practically comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful."

"The location is excellent! Close to all the main shopping streets and also the central square. The hotel is small but has good facilities including a well equipped gym and sauna. The regular rooms can be really small, but we were fortunate to get a relatively spacious room. Overall the place doesn't feel very clean or new - housekeeping can be improved. But the front desk and service staff are all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is too small and many people were in line during the peak weekend when we were there. The spread could be improved though, always the same everyday and very limited hot food."

"ALL GOOD with excellent reception staff support. Fortunately, they advised me NOT to park my park in the streets around the corner of the hotel because foreigners's car happened to have their windows smashed. So I parked in the Hotel parking to secure my car. Looks like this neighborghood is not safe..."

"혼자 여행 온 20대 여자라서 호텔 고를 때 고민이 많았습니다.. 시내 근처인 곳은 너어어무 비쌌고 / 호스텔은 불편해서 꺼려졌고 / 주변 골목 치안이 안 좋거나 청결이 너무 안좋다는 곳은 싫어서 가능한 곳이 별로 없었는데요 ㅜㅜ 결론부터 말하면 이곳 너무 괜찮았습니다!! 가격대비 큰 문제없는 좋은 곳이라고 생각해요 1) 24시간 리셉션 운영, 친절하고 깔끔한 체크인 체크아웃, 메일 문의도 바로바로 받아주심 2) 체크인 시 간단하게 브뤼셀 시내 소개해주심 3) 빵, 과일, 커피있는 조식 제공 4) 숙소 내 커피포트, 헤어 드라이기, 냉장고, 간단한 티백이나 커피믹스 구비 5) 작지만 깔끔하고 조용한 방 내부 6) 메인 시내까지 호텔 바로 앞 65, 66 버스로 10-20분만에 접근 가능, 북역까지도 61버스로 10분 정도 엄청 화려하거나 완벽한 곳은 아니지만 저는 정말 만족하고 갑니다 혹시 2030대 여자 or 혼자 여행객들 중에 고민하고 계신 분이 있다면 이 리뷰가 도움이 됐으면 좋겠습니다!!"
