My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels was a pleasant blend of charm and hospitality.
The hotel's location is impeccable. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes.
However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel.
Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, finding public car parking was a breeze, as there's a multi-story car park directly opposite the hotel. The room we chose was impressively spacious, providing ample comfort for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, easy parking, and generous room size, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Brussels.

On arrival a double bed.
We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes
Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you).
Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service.
I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it.
Even in comparison of prices (travel, hotel, rental etc) it is: ”THE BEST”

Grâce au service client de Trop.Com que j'ai eu (ligne en anglais disponible 24/24) la situation à été résolu (merci à mon interlocuteur ce soir là très efficace) . J'ai avancé les frais pour une autre chambre suite comme discuté avec trip.com. Cette somme m'a été remboursé dans les 24h par le service financier trip après avoir envoyé les justificatifs de paiements (remboursement très rapide, merci).
Merci à mon interlocuteur Christ.... pour son efficacité dans la résolution du problème via son service client.
Je recommande vivement ce site à ceux qui ne le connaissent pas.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, the rooms are superb, very modern, the beds are comfortable, beautiful bathroom, coffee and tea are very appreciated. Beautiful swimming pool, unfortunately it was closed without warning. Too bad the person at the reception who does not speak French, we had no dialogue, questions impossible.
Be careful of the step when you get out of bed, especially at night, it is quite high.
Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

AAnonymous UserThe location is debatable. Very close to the tram and Train Station. But as a neighborhood, it is a bad, scary and unsafe neighborhood. The neighborhood where Noord Station is located is just awful, but it can be nice if you get over the trauma and return to the hotel before late at night. The remaining opportunities in the hotel's ga*** were ideal and the night could be spent comfortably.

Aalexia monnetI find that the ”Hotel City Center” hotel is well served in terms of public transport and nearby shops in Brussels.
The bathroom, although small, is well private.
Overall speaking, my stay in Brussels was very satisfactory, whether it was the visits to the museums, the emblematic places such as Manneken Pis, Atomium, etc. as well as the shopping centers such as City 2, Docks Brussels.. It is wonderful !
I highly recommend this capital of Belgium, you will amaze.

AAi SianThe location of this place is the hotel's best offering. It is a 5 mins walk from Brussels Noord Station. The shopping belt @ Rogiers is @ next street.
As for the room, it is also shared by other reviewers on its aged furniture. However, it is clean and pleasant enough to stay in. I also noted that the hotel took efforts to address some feedback, e.g. adding lights and power points.
You need to follow the signs and check in at the adjacent hotel as this hotel closed its entrance and counter.
Given the price we paid per night, it is good value for money. Ok to stay during cooler months as there is no air conditioning.
