Had to quickly find a stay after our previous hotel cancelled on us. There were no problems at all with how last minute our booking was, staff was friendly and everything was clean and nice.

アクセスは良いと思います。近くにスーパーがあり、バス停と地下鉄の駅、10分程度歩けばnord駅にも行くことができます。nord駅からホテルは上り坂なので、大きいスーツケースがあると大変かもしれません。nord駅までの道は、治安が悪いと言う声もありましたが、私はあまり感じなかったです。近くに公園?があり小さい子が遊んでいたりもするので、日が出ている時間であれば安心して通れると思います。部屋自体はドアが薄いので、廊下の声が丸聞こえです。ベットの高さがとても高いです。全体的に物が大きいのでコンセントでの充電などは少し苦労します。冷蔵庫があったのは嬉しかったです。お風呂は1/3程度ドアがありませんが、シャワーの向きを気をつければ困ることはありません。

酒店最好的是地理位置還可以，離中心廣場走路大概20分鐘。接下來是吐槽：
1. 毛巾不太乾淨，有一些明顯的臟的痕跡在上面
2. 我住在一樓（國內算二樓） 隔音很差， 站在走廊説話像耳朵邊上説一樣，能聽見隔壁打呼
3. 電視很舊，有幾個台沒有聲音
4. 住了四晚衹給我填了一次水，而且前台還沒有賣的
5. 前台未讓我付款城市税，結果check out後聯繫攜程讓我補交，非常麻煩。
6. 有一次晚上回來發現打掃衞生後服務員未把我的房門關閉且房卡失效了，我去找前台理論他的迴應是，“當時開房的時候給了兩張房卡” 完全**不通的所答非所問（而且我一個人出差衹有一張房卡，這讓我更詫異了），且沒有絲毫道歉。
建議大家別住在這個地方了

The Lobby looks very nice. Very friendly employees.
Room was small but ok for the nights.
Bed was a bit hard for us but that’s just our opinion.
The Hotel has a good location for visiting Brussels. A bit negative is a job site next to the hotel.
But we would come back again.

Good location and value
The superior room is comfortable. There aren’t any towel racks or hooks so you have to hang your towel over the heater. Also, the WiFi was cutting out in the evening sometimes.
