Staff are so welcoming and cheerful. The hotel provides two bottles of water every night, and there are sleepers, both are not common at other hotels in Europe.

We had a great stay. I enjoyed the location the clean modern look and the staff really stood out. They were friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for much more.

The room is quite big and clean. The breakfast area is large and the food is quite rich. It is not too far to walk to the main attractions, and it is more convenient to take the bus. I asked the hotel to call a larger business car to go to the airport. The driver was waiting at the door early and the service was thoughtful. The price of the car was also reasonable. Overall, I am quite satisfied!

I don't know why I felt scared when I entered the hotel. Maybe this design style doesn't suit me. The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to the main city. The breakfast is good.

The decoration is very unique and full of Belgian modern design. The overall facilities are excellent, the environment is first-class, and the service is excellent. If there is a disadvantage, it is that it is too far from Ubahn and you can't go out without a taxi
