The hotel was nice and friendly. I ordered room services and food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend and also there’s vegetarian options in the menu. Room was clean and the atmosphere in hotel is chill. But the room we selected had no proper wardrobe. I personally liked their interior style. Would visit again when I come to Brussels :)

Great stay at this hotel.

Very good! The view from the floor-to-ceiling window is so beautiful! The shower head is extremely comfortable

The overall color matching and small details are very retro. It is a hotel suitable for young people. The air conditioner does not seem to have warm air. There is a supporting parking lot next to it. You cannot go directly to the hotel by elevator. It is 18 euros a day, which is quite convenient. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the square.

Service and amenities in the Hotel are excellent. One of the highlight of my trip in Brussels.

The hotel is as great as it looks. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, the service is great and the little extras make your stay just that much more comfortable (ice bucket, breakfast in the room). No noise complaints at all, I don't think I heard anyone from our room. Will definitely come back or try another one of their locations!

This place is cool, elegant, and exciting. just as important, the staff here goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay and has fun with it. This will definitely be my new go to hote.

hotel was so lovely, the room was clean and had sufficient supplies for us and the staff were really helpful! my only critique is that there aren’t any shops close to the hotel, they’re quite a walk but nonetheless i would recommend this hotel if you’re in Brussels

My son and I love Brussels, we stayed at The Hoxton for a few days and it may well be our new favorite! Great vibe in the lobby and common areas; lots of room to sit and work, have a coffee or meeting; the hotel is within walking distance from Brussels Nord and the metro - Rogier and Botanique; staff are professional and most helpful when needed, yet discreetly out of sight. Hope to be back soon.

The welcome was warm and efficient. The upgrade was provided without asking. The staff were all very very polite and friendly.

Nicely designed hotel and room, great view from the 20th floor. The only criticism is being two floors away from the rooftop bar, the noise and vibrations until 2am made it harder to sleep. Would happily stay again next time I’m in Brussels, but maybe a few floors down.
