"This hotel is located near the city center and convenient for traveling around the city. The room is quite small, especially the bathroom. It looks like quite an old house. The curtain in the bathroom is a little dirty. And I also couldn’t find an unoccupied socket to charge my mobile phone. The cover of the light was also damaged and lied on my bed when I entered the room. The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly. "Very nice hotel, friendly staff and cleanliness met my expectations. I stayed for 5 days with my boyfriend and they always changed the linen and reset the room. "Location is within walking distance to city. But the service attitude at the reception was bad. So terrible that I cannot believe this is Citadines standard. Both staff treated us like we owed them a living, don't even bother to smile or greet guests. Left us hanging around without bothering to help for more than 1hour! Luggages, please carry by yourself, even to wheel it to their holding room..absolutely no service. Worst than hostels. Citadine management, I hope u are reading this."
