It was the holiday season in Europe, the air conditioning in the room didn't work, but they didn't change the room because it was full. Then I was bitten by bugs in the room at night. The hotel staff didn't admit that there were bugs, but the bites didn't go away for a week. Please be careful in this hotel in the future.

Perfect “active-relax” destination. We were guests from 10-12.1.2025 during Cuba style weekend event. There were lots of activities to do (rum tasting, cocktails makeing & taste workshop, coffe coloring, yoga, aqua fitness…) which were perfectly handeled by Tomislav & Gorana! Cubismo band had great concert were we really had fun dancing, singing and drinking. Many thanks to miss Janja who was our waiter and who took good care of us 😊 HT team - see u soon! (Room 136)

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel, particularly impressed with the kitchen. I would highly recommend opting for the half board, which includes both dinner and breakfast. Additionally, if you're interested, you can take a leisurely 30-minute walk to the castle. Great with kids

One of the best hotel experiences in my life. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location, surrounded by nature with perfect view on the Castle. Beautiful interior design. Room was clean and spacy, great for stay. Clean toilets, all necessary stuff provided such as shower gel, soap, body lotion, slippers, towels… Delicious food and a wide selection, there can even be live music during weekend. Nice wellness with indoor pool, jacuzzi and several saunas (special recommendation: panoramic sauna).

Very good location, surrounded by nature and with a good view on the Castle. I would like to praise the staff, very helpful and friendly (big thanks to Ivana at the restaurant). A wide selection of food for breakfast, the rooms are clean and big enough for a short stay. the wellness and spa area is large and clean, ideal for relaxation.

We stayed 2 nights with our 2 small kids for Easter weekend. Our package had dinner and breakfast and the use of pool and sauna. The room was comfy and the view of castle Trakošćan is breathtaking. The food was very good, wide selection of dishes. Kids liked the small playroom and organized kid's activities (they even had Easter egg hunt). The swimming pool is rather small but you need to book a time slot so it is not crowded. There was a chocolate bunny as a small gift in the room too. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return with our kids again.

Great hotel for a family souranded by forest. Perfect location by the tower of Trakoscan. . Very kind staff, tasty breakfast. Close to destination as Varazdin, Cakovec, Krapina, etc. We recomande. Thank you and see you again.

Modernes, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Zimmer soweit ok, bis auf die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage. Passables Frühstücksbuffet (kein frisches Obst außer Bananen). Abendbuffet war lieblos und ohne typisch kroatische Speisen. Hauswein mittelmäßig.
