The hotel is attractive according to its architecture and design. The lobby is great for seating and enjoying! Prices are higher than outside of the hotel. Generally, there was a little more expensive than in the similar hotels. The pool area is amazing, and pleasant, and must be there! We didn't have breakfast but close are great places to eat, especially some France restaurants next door. The room was small and smelled bad, like somebody cooking all the time. At check-in and check-out, the staff was stiff and unhelpful. We changed hotels same category with breakfast for 1 night more, for less money, and got a room 3 hours before check-in time and they allowed us to stay 2 hours longer after check-out free of charge! Only regret the pool area. Everything else is much better; room, service, comfort, amenities… But the presentation for Pan Pacific was more attractive than the next hotel we chose. We made reservations at Orchard Hotel, setting the stage for a heartwarming New Year celebration with our family. The weather presented challenges, but our spirits soared when we discovered a charming New Year event within the hotel's confines. Surrounded by the soothing ambiance, our hearts resonated with joy as we ushered in the New Year with a sense of togetherness and gratitude. Very clean and comfortable stay! Although the room is a bit small for three people, the space is well-used. The room has an iron, ironing board, umbrella, safe, mini fridge, folding chair, small folding desk, hooks to hang up things, clothes hanging rack, storage for luggage under the queen bed, etc. The location is convenient as it's close to a bus stop and in a relatively central area of the city. The hotel also has a deal where if you skip housekeeping for a day, they give you a voucher to their restaurant! The photo attached is before housekeeping fyi.

Reserved a night birthday staycay of king premier room, including breakfast for 2, for my birthday via Trip.com app. Check-in process was a breeze. The customer service person surprised me with a huge birthday cookie and wish. The amenities were ample and easy to locate. If that was not enough, you can explore all around nearby attractions in always happening Orchard Road. Square footage of the room was spacious for just the 2 of us. Bathroom and soaking tub were well used. With premier rooms & suites booking, we enjoyed complimentary experience at co-working space on level 15. Local snacks and free flow of choices of coffee, tea and other hot drinks from 8 AM to 8 PM. You can even order in-house food menu to be served there. Got a complimentary parking. Lastly and importantly, the breakfast spread. Nasi lemak with specific sambal nasi lemak was so sedap. So was grilled prata pieces with dhal curry and there were yutiao...pastries...cold cut...porridge...congee...mushroom soup and oatmeal...breads and buns...and the list went on and on 😋 We were spoiled for choices of breakfast that served from 7 to 10 AM. No fuss check-out. Not forgetting a must IG worthy, picture perfect iconic stairs ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 Will certainly make a return staycation and easy-peasy booking via Trip.com 😀 Thank you

Highly recommended hotel..friendly staff..spacious room nd very clean....nd the hotel was so nice..me nd hubby had a great experience in this hotel as we celebrate our new year together nd stay in this hotel....we tried using swimmimg pool nd thiwr bars not too expensive..

I find this property very difficult to rate we had high expectations. I guess we looked at the room rates and we just figured there would be a lot more to offer the property is very minimalistic. Can’t say much about the staff because the hotel is so new but they definitely need more experienced management for sure, I’m a Titanium Elite member so I did get an upgrade to their basic suite. The rooms and the property has no sound insulation so you can hear everything in the hall everything in the rooms next-door to you for that reason alone I would not return. I was told if I wanted further upgrade I could use my suite Night awards they have a promo going on But then was told after ,we don’t control that Marriott controls that which I know they do but it did say it was available but what they had done after me requesting about 10 times for the upgrade instead of honoring what they said they gave it to someone else two hours prior to check and bragged about it see below I did ask the management what I did wrong Anything? Or what do I have to do next time? But like I said the management is very new and inexperienced so I didn’t get much benefit of asking that question I think it’s an overpriced property in my opinion they won’t survive not at the rates I see some rates entry-level thousand dollars $1200 depending on the dates, no way in a million years is this property command those kind of dollars we come to Singapore 3-4 times a year we stay around 80 nights I won’t be visiting this property again anytime soon. as well Not crazy about the location and if it rains you’re at luck we didn’t try the restaurant there wasn’t much on the menu Have a look at it so I can’t comment on that, no buffet breakfast included no lounge just don’t see the value at all, but if you want your milk because they don’t leave milk in the room for your coffee, I suggest you order it an hour in advance. Check out is 12:00 to me a 2 star or 3 star has 12:00 check out.the spa is basic very small only few people can fit in jacuzzi, maybe three in the Steam and the bathroom utensils or something you would see again in the two or three star hotel again very disappointing.PS before you go to bed check that they’ve left coffee or sugar in your room so that way when you get up in the morning and you find there’s nothing there you won’t have to wait an hour to get it. It’s hard to believe they don’t even leave milk in the room. You have to call up for it every morning.

I had a wonderful experience at the YORK. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Specially front desk staff Phoo Phoo she was very welcoming same staff upon checking out too, it was nice check out with a smile. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

I managed to book the club room at a very good rate which was very value for money as the room is very spacious, clean, with balcony, including breakfast, light refreshments, evening cocktails, 2pcs of laundry daily. The receptionists and staffs in the club lounge were very friendly and helpful. I was given late check out until 2pm as well. I have stayed in other hotels in Singapore under Far East at higher price but Orchard Rendezvous has the best value and service. Highly recommended!

Hilton Hotel Singapore Orchard is conveniently located at Mandarin Gallery. It is directly opposite 313 Somerset, Nojima, and Cineleisure. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The toilet is clean with good shampoo and body wash. However, the shower head holder has issue and unable to hold the shower head properly. Overall, I think it’s a decent hotel and I will give it a 4.0/5.0.

Good hotel but room will be a bit smaller than you think. They only give body towels (no facial or hand towel) and do not have “do not disturb” sign
