Front desk staff was friendly and gave me a couple of extra water bottles for free. The rooms are as advertised, small but clean and has a simple bathroom. I checked in the evening before my morning flight out of Singapore and would recommend it to people looking for a good budget airport hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Avenue Changi Hotel in Singapore and it was truly a delightful experience. The spacious suite rooms exceeded my expectations, offering ample space and comfort for a relaxing stay. The highlight was the 1bedroom suite, each equipped with a luxurious bathtub, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer provided within the suite. The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, with amenities just a short 2-3 minute walk away at Changi City Point Mall. This proximity to a plethora of dining and shopping options made exploring the area both enjoyable and convenient. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist. They were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met throughout my stay. While the pool may have been on the smaller side, I was fortunate enough to enjoy it without the presence of other guests during my visit. Additionally, while parking wasn't free, the option to purchase a $3.50 coupon for each exit was reasonable and didn't detract from the overall positive experience. Overall, my stay at Park Avenue Changi Hotel was wonderful. From the spacious and well-appointed rooms to the convenient location and excellent service, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Singapore.

Good location, lots of places to eat plus walking distance to bus stop towards the city and Kembangan MRT station. About 2 or 3 front desk service staff are welcoming and polite, both check-in and check-out is fast but there is just 1 lift and 1 staircase to go up and down. Room is ok for me, the aircon is cold and the lights are working fine except for the safe box in my room which was spolit in the last day of check-out and luckily it was solved by housekeeping uncle (hope the safe box would be back to normal). Toilet is a bit small, but the bed is ok yet firm, even though there are a couple of ants both on the table and outside of the safe box but that don't bothered me. Bathtub is ok but the floor might be slippery so better be careful, towels are replenished, the mini fridge is ok, TV can watch just Mediacorp shows and power plug are working properly. Overall it is a good budget hotel if you are not that fussy, so who knows I may come back to book this hotel again.

This part of Singapore was so different from the Singapore heartlands that a staycation at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore could feel like a vacation outside Singapore. The staff at Dusit Thani were polite and tried hard to make our stay memorable. They made an excellent start by letting us have the room early. The room was well designed with clever space utilization, such as the long bench table, the bench for sitting, and best of all, the bench in the shower cubicle. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet, especially the double-boiled soup, at the Greenhouse, and the convenience of the shuttle service to the Jewel. It was a thoroughly enjoyable staycation/vacation. Check-in and check-out breeze. 👍 Since school holidays over, it's quiet. We had great time together. Room is clean and spacious. Our room is on 2nd floor but we can still see the sea from inside. All walking distance to eateries, mall, waterpark and beach. 🥰👍
