Hotels near Shimano Cycling World in Singapore

First of all, the customer service was quite poor in my opinion. There was no one at the front desk of the lobby. We couldn’t enter bc we need the room’s card so we were stranded outside for some time as they were not answering our calls. After minutes of waiting, the staff finally came and assist us with our check in. He was quite rude in my opinion. Talked to us like he doesn’t want to work. Other than that, the room was amazing. Everything was clean. The room came with a foldable table, tv, kitchen, utensils, hair dryer, slippers, washing machine/dryer, microwave and fridge. The toilet also has a bidet! Although the customer service was not the best, the room does make up for it. But just bare in mind that the room and toilet isn’t as big as the picture portrays it to be. There’s Fairprice nearby so thats really great. You can go there and buy ingredients to cook in the hotel room hehe. There’s also Mrt (Kallang station) nearby. Walking distance only. Just right pposite the hotel got busstop also. Everything is super near and convenient. One suggestion for the hotel is maybe you guys should assign someone to sit at the front desk at all times. Therefore we can be assisted as and when its needed without having to wait so long for someone to appear. All in all, i would still be down to come back again in the future regardless! :)

+ Very near to Kallang mrt or Lor 1 Geylang terminal. The room is clean, bed comfy, clean towel and sheet Breakfast only mini french bread and coffee Shower room with hot water and shower gel - It’s quite confusing on check in, the check in online always error and nobody on the reception, until I saw a stack of paper on the table with one of guest name then I looked for my name and found the room number Upper bed to high with narrow ladder, I m almost fell down twice Air Cond too cold and no remite control to adjust

Average rating.Place was so so.Cleaniness can be improved further.location wise the place is quite centralize.Room is not that spacious but still acceptable.remote for the tv was not working had to manually change the channel from the tv set.Need to do maintenance check for this.

Good place. But there’s a need for better service. Also overall nice. Would come again.

Affordable hotel with friendly staff. Although the room is small but we had a comfort stay. Near to bus station with 3 mins walking distance. Our only complaint is you can hear EVERYTHING from hallway during day time. But quite during night time. So it’s still ok. Sufficient plug in the room. Refrigerator is cold enough, water pressure is strong , but the water kettle is dirty. Recommend to purchase drinking water from nearby mart before you check in.

Good hotel but room will be a bit smaller than you think. They only give body towels (no facial or hand towel) and do not have “do not disturb” sign

A relaxed stay at this property. Eateries are nearby and spoilt for choices. Bus stops are a street away on both directions to city or mrt stations. Rooms are nice, airconnis good, hot water supply is consistent. Although rooms are not sound proof but still bearable.

Overall the room was ok,the room size small 205, Can say the cleanliness good,only the kettle dirty and really obvious the kettle smells like was wipe used the dirty clothes,some more the kettle got dirty stains then I wipe used wet tissue the dirty was removed..remember to bring more drinks water bottles they only provide FOC maximum 2 bottles/days..

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.
