Raffles cannot be a resort. First: The famous butler service, the butler did not contact us via WhatsApp from check-in to check-out, and only led us to the room to meet us once (so funny, so funny). Second: They only made the bed after I called them the first night, and they didn’t even pick up the trash. They didn’t make the bed at all the second night (even Marriott’s edition hotels make the bed, which really makes me laugh) Third: Many waiters pretend to be deaf. Hahaha. For breakfast, I asked for avocado on the sides, and they didn’t give it to me (I’m used to it). Fourth: The butler at the beginning asked us about the tea ceremony, but didn’t give us any feedback afterwards. He seemed to be pretending to have amnesia, hahaha! Fifth: The funniest thing is that before checking out, we had already called the front desk to ask the electric car to pick us up, and then when I arrived at the reception, she arranged for someone to count how much we had eaten in the minibar. I literally sat there waiting for her waiter to count 😂 I've never experienced this before, I almost laughed to death, so rude. Then she asked me how I felt, and I told her about the housekeeper and the turndown, but I didn't mention the crappy breakfast, many facilities and restaurants were closed, and the fire alarm went off two or three times by mistake. I said very tactfully: I know you have just opened a new store. As a result, the female manager said to me: I'm sorry, as you know, we just opened a new store and you are welcome to come again. It's very funny. Just because I comfort you and am polite to you doesn't mean that the reasons you give yourself are reasonable. I died of laughter and will never come again hahaha. Service: Very strong

The Raffles Singapore is a one of a kind experience with no comparison. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights, it felt very much like a home. The buildings are beautifully and tastfully decorated. The rooms are beautiful with a mix of modern and colonial style. Even the standard room is a suite with a separated parlour which has its own controls for lights and ac. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. We had issues arise and talked to management and they listened and corrected the issues in a timely manner. We had a tasting experience meal at the grand lobby on the first night, dinner and at Le Dame Du Pic and drinks at the Writers Bar. The selection of bars and eateries have you covered for any taste you want, we didn't manage to try all the hotel has to offer as Singapore has such a great food scene in the hawker centres. It's location is excellent nestled between key tourist areas in Singapore and easy access to the metro at the City Hall station
