The hotel is attractive according to its architecture and design. The lobby is great for seating and enjoying! Prices are higher than outside of the hotel. Generally, there was a little more expensive than in the similar hotels. The pool area is amazing, and pleasant, and must be there! We didn't have breakfast but close are great places to eat, especially some France restaurants next door. The room was small and smelled bad, like somebody cooking all the time. At check-in and check-out, the staff was stiff and unhelpful. We changed hotels same category with breakfast for 1 night more, for less money, and got a room 3 hours before check-in time and they allowed us to stay 2 hours longer after check-out free of charge! Only regret the pool area. Everything else is much better; room, service, comfort, amenities… But the presentation for Pan Pacific was more attractive than the next hotel we chose. An amazing experience, the room featured a great view and i got a surprise upgrade to the panoramic suite, which featured a kitchen area with full length fridge and a balcony with an amazing view of the surrounding area, special thanks to lux, making it possible to have a wonderful 24th birthday. The rooms were clean and tidy, washroom came with a remote activated bidet, the overall room was just amazing. 10/10 will come again
