Location is very convenient with Bugis Junction at its doorstep and MRT lines too. Food in the hotel restaurants and room service is amazing. Room is great with fluffy bedroom slippers and separate bath tub and standing shower. The only thing that can be improved is their car park as most 5 star hotels provide complimentary parking but not this one as the car park belongs to the mall. But if you are not driving then this won't be an issue to you as MRT station is nearby. Overall, customer service from their front line and housekeeping/room service is top notch! Will definitely visit again.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

We stayed at Village Hotel Bugis by Far East Hospitality in Singapore for one night from 28/11/2023 to 29/11/2023. We traveled from the port to the hotel by metro, the exit of which is located not far from the hotel. The hotel is located in the Arab quarter. When booking, I was worried that it would be noisy and uncomfortable. However, my fears were in vain. The quarter is beautiful, interesting, colorful, clean. In front of the window is the Sultan's Mosque with golden baths. We booked a deluxe twin room with breakfast included. We express our gratitude to the hotel staff for checking us in earlier than the official check-in time. The room is large, clean, equipped with everything you need: TV, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, hygiene items, slippers, kettle, bags of tea, coffee, sugar. High-quality snow-white bed linen. Breakfast at the hotel starts at 6:30, which was very convenient due to the early flight. Breakfast is a buffet, there are many national dishes, however, guests who are accustomed to European cuisine have something tasty and satisfying to have for breakfast. The hotel has a swimming pool, but due to lack of time we were unable to use it. The location of the hotel is excellent. You can easily get to any attractions by metro or call a taxi through the Grab app. As a wish, I would like the hotel, like many other hotels, to organize currency exchange. Overall, we liked the hotel and recommend it for a stay.

they cube where clean, safe was broken in pod. washrooms where disgusting changed my flight and left a day early showers where disgusting and i nearly vomited using the washrooms,, o forfeited a night and went to a hotel in bangkok a day earlier then i planned to leave singapore,, i was not impressed to say the least twice a day is not enough with that amount of traffic the washrooms and showers should be cleaned every 2 hours and checked every hour,,, staff where helpful but the dirty toilets took away any thing a positive attitude makes up for,, you would think cleanness would be more of a priority post covid

The location of this hotel is close to bugis and sunny, and shopping is very convenient! Around Singapore there are breakfasts such as Zhen Prawn Noodle and Ya Kun Breakfast. The Great Mosque is just across the road. There is a bus platform in front of the hotel, and a few hundred meters east to west can reach the subway station. The hotel service is very attentive, because it is a serviced apartment, the room is large, two rooms and one living room, but the waiter cleans the room every day. The room was well-equipped, and my wife was particularly satisfied with the washer and dryer, so I didn't worry about running out of clothes. We often go to Singapore and stay here next time!

Hotel is conveniently located beside Bugis Junction MRT, that gives excellent access to a ton of options. There are also alot of entertainment venues available and is near to city centre. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful, and also meets the customer's needs when asked. (I needed to borrow umbrellas for quite a number of times) 5/5 for front desk. Cleanliness is great, sheets are clean and toilets are also well ventilated. Breakfast also nice. Really recommended!!

The bathroom can be quite claustrophobic for some and the bathroom door is unable to open fully due to the toilet bowl. Stayed in room 407, the bathroom has some mini flies maybe due to the humidity. Will recommend to shower in the bath-tub instead. The bedsheets/linens are quite rough hence affects sleep quality. Bathroom only provides bath towels, hand-towel and face towel are not provided. Location is very close to Bugis and the historic Kampong Glam as well as Haji Lane. Do head to Symmetry restaurant across the road from the hotel for their awesome food. And check out the quaint Penny University cafe just a street away.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I arrived late in the evening, but the hotel was so easy to find (well-lit sign in the street). The service offered by this hotel management is immaculate; they open a line of communication via WhatsApp a day before check-in to drop a set of instructions. As the staff work a set of hours, they also check-in with you every morning and evening to ensure everything is smooth. For me, communication ceased the evening before the end of my stay to remind me of the check-out time. As this hotel is digital, everything is communicated via mobile except for special circumstances such as dropping off your luggage only then will you meet a staff. The room is compact with a comfortable bed and packed with the basics: hairdryer, iron, iron board. There’s also a mini kitchenette in the form of a multipurpose hot pot that allows you to cook but I wouldn’t recommend considering the windows were locked. Kitchen and dining necessities were also available in the room. However the one drawback is the poor soundproofing. I can literally hear every time my neighbour clears his throat, and whenever he rummages through the drawers and hangers. The hotel offers free laundry service, however the washing machines were right outside my room so I am aware every time it’s in use. As the location is near a mosque, it’s understandable to hear prayers albeit a short duration of time. The streets are relatively quiet day in and night out. But the main nemesis is the dance studio right next door so there will be loud music pounding on the walls in the evenings. You can even hear the instructor loud and clear. The first night lasted for an hour, whereas on the second night the class went on from 7:30-10pm with the same music on repeat. The hotel offers sound plugs upon request.
