Check-in is a pleasure in my case, useful info was provided and the service is superbub, the elevator is very fast with little to no waiting time. The bed is top-notch and the room is quite spacious with a good view of the marina bay. One down point is that the breakfast is quite crowded despite its high-quality food, the hotel quickly utilized the lobby lounge for breakfast, which demonstrates what utmost hospitality in the hotel business looks like once again. We feel valued as individuals and appreciate the services provided promptly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Singapore.

I booked a staycation at the Naumi Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. I got the Patio Room under the impression that the patio would be interesting and would offer an alternative hang-out place for us. The initial impression of the hotel was good. There were quite a lot of interesting art pieces scattered all over the hotel. Check-in was swift. The elevator was however a little slow, so a couple of times we ended up using the stairs, which was much quicker than the elevator. The Patio Room was quite a disappointment though. It was small and looked tired. Toilet & bathroom were separated from each other by a piece of partially-frosted glass, so you could essentially look into the other cubicle. Would be quite awkward if one was using the toilet while another was showering. The tiles were a little stained, giving a dirty appearance. The patio was utterly useless - the space was tiny. The swing was badly stained and small, we barely could sit on it, not that we intended to as the cushion looked disgustingly dirty. The light bulbs hanging overhead were not working and some filled with rainwater. I had thought the patio would give us another view of the outside or another space to hang out. NO! Other than being too small, it totally lacked privacy, as guests staying upstairs could easily see us from their windows. There was no view at all, the background was just a pathetic ugly fake plant wall. The bed was fine, pillows were clean and comfortable. Surprised to see even a bolster was provided. An Apple TV was also available, though you'd need to log into your own account to watch shows. It was nice that drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary - a nice welcoming gesture, although similar stuffs could be bought from the 7-11 convenience shop downstairs. Overall, the experience was fine. Location was perfect, in the city and near the Bugis/City Hall MRT station and many restaurants/eateries. Renovation/Revamping of the rooms is long due. Don't bother paying more for the Patio Room (4th floor). Get a room on the higher floors.

An amazing experience, the room featured a great view and i got a surprise upgrade to the panoramic suite, which featured a kitchen area with full length fridge and a balcony with an amazing view of the surrounding area, special thanks to lux, making it possible to have a wonderful 24th birthday. The rooms were clean and tidy, washroom came with a remote activated bidet, the overall room was just amazing. 10/10 will come again

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

The decoration is very old and has some smell. You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. Many drivers don’t know it. There are subways and buses nearby. The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

Hotel is conveniently located beside Bugis Junction MRT, that gives excellent access to a ton of options. There are also alot of entertainment venues available and is near to city centre. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful, and also meets the customer's needs when asked. (I needed to borrow umbrellas for quite a number of times) 5/5 for front desk. Cleanliness is great, sheets are clean and toilets are also well ventilated. Breakfast also nice. Really recommended!!

The location of this hotel is close to bugis and sunny, and shopping is very convenient! Around Singapore there are breakfasts such as Zhen Prawn Noodle and Ya Kun Breakfast. The Great Mosque is just across the road. There is a bus platform in front of the hotel, and a few hundred meters east to west can reach the subway station. The hotel service is very attentive, because it is a serviced apartment, the room is large, two rooms and one living room, but the waiter cleans the room every day. The room was well-equipped, and my wife was particularly satisfied with the washer and dryer, so I didn't worry about running out of clothes. We often go to Singapore and stay here next time!

The Raffles Hotel is very good. After readjustment in 2019, the experience of staying several times is perfect. The room is comfortable, the bathtub is large, the water pressure is sufficient, and the welcome drink is delicious. The only point deducted for the facility is because the gym is still weak. But the gym has coconut water to drink, which is the only thing I have encountered so far. The breakfast is very delicious, it should be the number one in Singapore.

Location is very convenient with Bugis Junction at its doorstep and MRT lines too. Food in the hotel restaurants and room service is amazing. Room is great with fluffy bedroom slippers and separate bath tub and standing shower. The only thing that can be improved is their car park as most 5 star hotels provide complimentary parking but not this one as the car park belongs to the mall. But if you are not driving then this won't be an issue to you as MRT station is nearby. Overall, customer service from their front line and housekeeping/room service is top notch! Will definitely visit again.

Plus point for bidet 🤩 Things to take note; - $300 deposit upon checking in - this is a self-check in hotel. everything will be done via online / on the hotel app. there’s no reception area. - the staff will msg u via whatsapp so if you have any enquiries just ask them away (Mary in particular is very kind in assisting) Overall we had an enjoyable stay 😊

At first it was very dirty, but we checked in after midnight so we just tried to sleep. Room was humid until after AC was full blown for an hour. Pillow was the worst part. It smelled bad. We ask for cleaning next day and they swept the floor which made everything looked better. But pillow still smelled. I don’t recommend the place if you are in to cleanliness.. we just needed a place to sleep. So we are not that picky but,,,, sigh,,, but they asked everything I asked for. Cleaning, Towels, waters. Also hot water was great too.
