Location is very convenient with Bugis Junction at its doorstep and MRT lines too. Food in the hotel restaurants and room service is amazing. Room is great with fluffy bedroom slippers and separate bath tub and standing shower. The only thing that can be improved is their car park as most 5 star hotels provide complimentary parking but not this one as the car park belongs to the mall. But if you are not driving then this won't be an issue to you as MRT station is nearby. Overall, customer service from their front line and housekeeping/room service is top notch! Will definitely visit again.

Returned to stay again because I liked it the previous time. Thank you for the kind gesture to give us a freeze upgrade (though we didn’t make use of the loft at all). Been to so many hotel stays before but this is the first time seeing a toilet bowl full of pee stain when we lifted up the cover. Informed the concierge, only to have the housekeeping to come in and clean the toilet (just use chemicals to wipe and disinfect) in front of us. There’s no change of room discussion btw. This uncleaned toilet bowl is unacceptable but other than this, I’m ok with the hotel.

Staff are friendly. Clean room with complete toiletries. The only negative thing is, from room itself you can hear the people walking at the hallway. So room is not a noise proof. But all in all was good. Bars are all around are all around and there are all nice places to stay and chill.

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

The place was relatively empty when we checked in as in P2 HA now. When we went inside the suite room, it felt like the place was not used for quite some time as it was dusty and the sink had ants and stuff. The toilet and bathtub was quite dirty as well. But still quite an enjoyable experience.

Will recommend to shower in the bath-tub instead. The bedsheets/linens are quite rough hence affects sleep quality. Bathroom only provides bath towels, hand-towel and face towel are not provided. Location is very close to Bugis and the historic Kampong Glam as well as Haji Lane. Do head to Symmetry restaurant across the road from the hotel for their awesome food. And check out the quaint Penny University cafe just a street away.

The hotel is in such a great location, nicely placed between the cultural centres of Little India, Jalan Besar and Arab Street. The rooms are beautifully decorated and perfect for its location. The hotel was also very kind to note it was our anniversary. However, they didn't respond to our repeated queries about the 4pm checkout as indicated in our Trip reservation. I can only conclude either Trip or the hotel were wrong or unable to fulfil this request, but the hotel should at least respond to our emails. They didn't and we checked out at an earlier time as we didn't want to press the issue any further. But I felt that something was lacking in the service because of this.

Hotel's location was okay.. I wish they had a pool. Room was clean but not the bathroom. Bathroom blinds doesn't work and there were flies everywhere. Check-in was a little slow but otherwise, the staff were helpful and nice. Our room wasn't the same as the picture shown as it was already taken, we were disappointed. However, they changed our room next to the one in the pictures which wasn't so bad. Breakfast was disappointingly sad. 2 slice of toast and 1 sunny side up egg, you can't choose other style. Coffe taste like sewage. But head out to ABC restaurant for prata & teh tarik. 😉

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I arrived late in the evening, but the hotel was so easy to find (well-lit sign in the street). Staff was very kind: check-in/out was fast and got a nice breakfast the next dat. The attic room was larger than expected— so happy with the comfy bed and clean bathroom with good water pressure. 😊
