Booked a one night stay at Sheraton. Location is good, about 10 mins away from Orchard road. Walking distance to Newton Food Centre where there are many yummy local food! Check in process was fast (no crowd), room was ready even though it was only 1pm. We requested for late check out too! Room is big and clean. Comfortable bed. Our room comes with executive lounge access. Free flow of food and drinks from 5:30pm-7:30pm. The staff at the lounge were very helpful and friendly. Amazing service! The breakfast located at level 1, breakfast buffet was delicious. (Except for the pancake, it’s slightly dry). Overall it was a great stay! Service was amazing, will definitely be back again!

Cleanliness: - In terms cleanliness, the room is immaculate. No physical signs of dust settling anywhere in the room. - The floor are mostly not carpeted. So it’s quite cold whoever you walk around the room if u leave the air-con switched on most of the time. Amenities: - Room was equipped with International channels. - Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games. - The view from the room is unobstructed. So it’s quite nice to see from the window . - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - The shower area is very clean. - Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows are provided by default. There is an open carpark within the hotel which is quite secure via gantry. . Service: - Room service are quite swift. - The concierge team is very helpful & was one of the reasons why we came to this hotel. Never fails to help us load the strollers and luggage with and from the car. On the overall, I will definitely come back again. It's our 2nd time stay by the way.

This review is long over due. My extended family and I stayed at Oakwood Studios Singapore through most of December 2022 and onto the first week of January 2023. The circumstances around our stay was very difficult but the management and staff at the Oakwood Studios made our stay most comfortable and we can’t thank them enough. This is not your typical service apartment but one with a special touch. And it seems to be popular with expats on short assignments to Singapore and families who have patients being treated at MT E Orchard or many of the other medical facilities across Singapore. Nestled across from York hotel and one building next to Quincy this is a most unique property. I have stayed at both the others in the past but I prefer Oakwood by far with its balcony in every room and clean and modern style with kitchenette. But it’s the people that made all the difference. I would like to specially thank Hitesh for going out of his way and even while on holiday to accommodate our ever changing dates and need for rooms. A big thanks to Nass as well for always stepping up and being most accommodating. Thank you Dan, Denise, Kym, Jet and Shobina for all the help at reception, with the brilliant breakfast boxes and recommendations. The residents loved the Thursday night cocktail and snacks which were complimentary and the many hidden outdoor places in the building (including the roof top pool). A must stay in Singapore for those planning to stay for a week or longer. At the time we were there, we heard that the Ascott group had bought Oakwood Studios. As good as the Ascott brand are themselves, I do hope they allow Oakwood Studios to retain its unique style and personality.

Reserved a night birthday staycay of king premier room, including breakfast for 2, for my birthday via Trip.com app. Check-in process was a breeze. The customer service person surprised me with a huge birthday cookie and wish. The amenities were ample and easy to locate. If that was not enough, you can explore all around nearby attractions in always happening Orchard Road. Square footage of the room was spacious for just the 2 of us. Bathroom and soaking tub were well used. With premier rooms & suites booking, we enjoyed complimentary experience at co-working space on level 15. Local snacks and free flow of choices of coffee, tea and other hot drinks from 8 AM to 8 PM. You can even order in-house food menu to be served there. Got a complimentary parking. Lastly and importantly, the breakfast spread. Nasi lemak with specific sambal nasi lemak was so sedap. So was grilled prata pieces with dhal curry and there were yutiao...pastries...cold cut...porridge...congee...mushroom soup and oatmeal...breads and buns...and the list went on and on 😋 We were spoiled for choices of breakfast that served from 7 to 10 AM. No fuss check-out. Not forgetting a must IG worthy, picture perfect iconic stairs ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 Will certainly make a return staycation and easy-peasy booking via Trip.com 😀 Thank you

The hotel is attractive according to its architecture and design. The lobby is great for seating and enjoying! Prices are higher than outside of the hotel. Generally, there was a little more expensive than in the similar hotels. The pool area is amazing, and pleasant, and must be there! We didn't have breakfast but close are great places to eat, especially some France restaurants next door. The room was small and smelled bad, like somebody cooking all the time. At check-in and check-out, the staff was stiff and unhelpful. We changed hotels same category with breakfast for 1 night more, for less money, and got a room 3 hours before check-in time and they allowed us to stay 2 hours longer after check-out free of charge! Only regret the pool area. Everything else is much better; room, service, comfort, amenities… But the presentation for Pan Pacific was more attractive than the next hotel we chose. My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

It’s our first time here and we will definitely come back again. Stayed for 5 days & 4 nights. We’re very happy and satisfied with our stay. The location is very good and convenient, its only five minutes walk to Orchard Rd. The room was very nice, looks like it just renovated. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. There’s also a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The bonus part is that we get full access to the pantry (24 hours) where you can take anything (they have all kinds of drinks & snacks)

Choose the club like experience and we loved it, 2 per pax wine or beer and canapes, the refreshments are cookies or chips small individual packed size and drinks in can (coke, red bull and low fat coffee. Break fast was ala carte , and unli pastry like croissants, white bread, pan au chocolate and rasin bread, varieties of juices like orange, and so on, few cereals like coco crush and corn flakes, there is a coffee machine and packets of teas to choose, over all we both love the experience. What an amazing last minute find Novotel Living was for us - it is serviced apartment accommodation, which is rare in Singapore. The minimum stay is 6 days but believe me it is so convenient to everything you could ever need. We stayed in a studio apartment for seven days, which was compact but had a small kitchen with generous fridge/freezer, 2 hotplate elements, rice cooker, frypan and a couple of pots, toaster and electric jug, with crockery etc supplied and a washing machine/drier or if you prefer a clothes rack can be requested and a dehumidifier can do the rest. The rooms are serviced every second day, I think, except for public holidays (Mon, Wed, Friday for us). The Location is perfect - 5 minute walk to Food Republic for multiple food options and an excellent I-Setan supermarket (opens at 10am) and Johan Paris bakery (opens earlier maybe 9am but unsure) for fresh bread and sweet treats. The Orchard MRT is only 5-6 minutes walk away and will take you virtually anywhere you need to go. There are multiple plazas within 10 minutes including Ion Orchard, Shaw House, Far East, Lucky etc where it is a shoppers paradise. The bed was comfortable, and extra towels etc are available between housekeeping visits. The pool is amazing - a toddlers pool with a small playground but the main pool is very large about 20+m x 15m approx starting at 1m at each end going to 2m in the centre 5m of the pool. It is refreshing and has sun-loungers and a couple of table and chairs and cabanas. A great set up and there is a gym but we didn't venture inside. The two lifts are prompt, despite being shared by guests and housekeeping staff and mostly less than a 1-2 minute wait. Reception staff extremely friendly as were the housekeeping staff - highly recommend and they have bigger 2 bedroom apartments and even a penthouse!

Very clean and comfortable stay! Although the room is a bit small for three people, the space is well-used. The room has an iron, ironing board, umbrella, safe, mini fridge, folding chair, small folding desk, hooks to hang up things, clothes hanging rack, storage for luggage under the queen bed, etc. The location is convenient as it's close to a bus stop and in a relatively central area of the city. The hotel also has a deal where if you skip housekeeping for a day, they give you a voucher to their restaurant! The photo attached is before housekeeping fyi.
