Hotel Review: lyf Singapore I recently stayed at lyf Singapore, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Designed with a vibrant, youthful vibe, this co-living space combines modern amenities with a community-oriented atmosphere. Location: The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Singapore, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. It’s close to public transportation, cafes, restaurants, and iconic attractions, ensuring convenience throughout your stay. Ambiance and Design: The interiors are chic, with colorful and creative decor that immediately feels welcoming. The communal spaces, like the lounge and shared kitchen, encourage interaction among guests, making it perfect for solo travelers or those wanting to network. Rooms: The rooms are compact but thoughtfully designed, with clever use of space. My room was spotless, featuring a comfortable bed, ample storage, and a sleek bathroom. While minimalist, it had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Amenities: The facilities are excellent. The gym, co-working spaces, and laundry facilities are modern and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the communal kitchen, where guests could cook, dine, and meet other travelers. Service: The staff were friendly and approachable, always ready to help with recommendations or resolve any issues. Their enthusiasm added a personal touch to my stay. Value for Money: Considering its prime location, amenities, and overall experience, lyf Singapore offers great value. It’s especially suited for younger travelers or digital nomads looking for a blend of comfort and community. It is a very old hotel and they didn't upgrade their amenities. The room was big but the toilet sucks and has a sewerage smell. The biggest put off was, the 4th level is rented out to a childcare centre and the hotel pool was used for swimming lessons for the kids! The pool being so small already was filled with 2 groups of kids so what is left for the hotel guests? Me and my kid left the pool after 15mins. Boy was I glad it was only a 1 night's stay! With $60 difference, I would have booked the other hotel 100m away with an infinity pool!

Very spacious room with both a shower stall and a bathtub. Added bonus that there is filtered drinking water available directly in the room. Service was generally good as well - had a faulty minibar fridge which was replaced quite quickly by maintenance staff. Based on the cleanliness, room comfort and location of the hotel to many restaurants and a big mall (Great World City) nearby, would definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at V Hotel Lavender. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a focus on being eco-friendly, as they provided a convenient water filter in the room to reduce plastic waste. Its location is a huge plus—right next to the MRT station and within walking distance of plenty of food stalls. The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially with luggage storage, which was a great convenience. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Singapore.

Positives: The pool was quite big, and the jacuzzi was nice. The location was also quite good as the hotel is a short walk to the Singapore River (the view at night is amazing, and there are a lot of expensive eating options). The breakfast was really yummy 😋 The room was also quite nice, and the television was a bit blurry but had a lot of channels :) Negatives: the room bath area had a nest of insects. The service was also very slow, I had to remind them 3 times to set up the sofa bed. They also accidentally gave a guest my room card, so the guest suddenly entered my room :(

The room is spacious, but the furniture is old, although very well maintained. The bathroom features a bathtub which is quite inadequate to use the shower safely. Breakfast is reasonable for Western options, however, the coffee machine is excellent. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the MRT and about 15 minutes from China City and Clark Quay.

Very good service from the staff and I got upgraded with lounge access and it's very good. There's high tea and evening canapés provided at the lounge at certain timing. Bf was also very good with huge spread. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I want to sincerely thank Ping Ping at Marina Bay Sands for making our anniversary truly special. Her warm and attentive service during check-in set the tone for a memorable stay. She went above and beyond by providing detailed directions to Chijmes and other attractions, which made our experience even better. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our anniversary without any worries. Ping Ping’s exceptional service is a big reason why our stay was so wonderful!

Great stay, hassle-free check in with front desk (he went through the t&cs thoroughly). Like the accessibility and walking distance to many nearby amenities. Good sized room for couples. Room service was efficient and will always check if we are in the room.

Good stay clean and simple room. Has sufficient amenities, topped up $5 for access to The Station that has coffee, microwave, ice dispenser, includes laundry too. Location is a 10 mins walk from Harbourfront MRT exit. Has a bus stop (opp VivoCity) if taking bus. Got a room facing VivoCity which is great but the sun also shines into the room in the morning till noon from the window. No floor mat provided, bed is too high and difficult to get on it. One sliding door for shower n toilet area. Overall still a nice one day stay.
