I was shock online check in no receptionist. Strong aircon. Tatami room is small for 2 adult 1 child. Hotel near everything! Massage outside is good too. Room is not sound proof. Good breakfast single serve food. Hallway is big and cold too. We will book again

If you’re a budget traveler, this is a good option for you. The location is great, near the train station and in the heart of Bugis. Plenty of dining options too just around the area that are open until midnight or later. The rooms itself are okay. I mean, you are sharing with more than 8 people at least in a single room. Bunk beds. If there’s an option, get the bottom bed as it is difficult to go up and down the given stairs. The bed is comfortable and the blanket is cozy. There is a provided area in the lobby where you can store your storage. It is left unsupervised though so keep that in mind. I would love to make some suggestions such as to improve the shoes situation outside the main entrance. For context, the hotel requires you to remove your shoes before entering the premises. The entrance to the hotel smells of feet and it is not the most welcoming scent. Please fix this by providing lockers of some sort and maybe having a humidifier to lessen the smell. The bathroom and hallways could use some updating too. Ensure that it is maintaind all times because there are so many people using the facilities.

Overall stay was okay. The hotel has a good location, very convenient for getting around. The room was comfortable, although we experienced a leakage issue. Thankfully, the staff responded quickly and solved it efficiently. Good service.

Enjoy my stay (one night only). Overall experience of my room is 8 / 10 for budget hotel. I had a good sleep: mattress, pillows and blanket are OK. Lucky to have a room away from lift lobby. However my room has no fridge, no hair dryer, no sandals, no locker safe, no hand towel. However I love the surrounding amenities, easy to find food, drinks and snacks from convenient store. Very good location, get to explore nearby tourist attraction like Sultan Mosque.

Overall the stay experience is withing expectation. There are some minor hiccups along the way with some minor issues but nothing too serious. The hotel condition is abit worn down as compare to the pictures shown on trip.com website.This includes everything, from the reception area, to the facility and room. The room looks clean overall, but there are some areas being missed out. I still find some food bits on the floor/cabinet and the desk is have some oil stain. I have a bad experience with the reception as the way she responded to my question. Not offended, but it is not the usual response hotel staff should give to guest. A few more things to take note: -they provided luggage storage, but it is placed in a public area opposite the reception. -the lift is small. -the breakfast food selection and seating are limited. Lastly, the pricing will put you into considering this hotel, topping up with some value added item coming the room size and location, and not to mention breakfast included. Location is consider good with it being situated in the center of most major attraction. Other attractions are easily accessible with MRT. There are a few selection of MRT lines available within a short walking distance, if the nearest one requires some detour (exchanging trains).

Stayed in double cabin room, was small but was on my own so wasn’t too bad. Paid extra for breakfast but unless you like rice and chicken I would say it’s not worth it. They had a choice of one cereal and the coffee and tea wasn’t hot. The swimming pool on the 10th floor was good to relax at.

All is good except the deposit in cash. I didn't bother to change that amount and I didn't have cash in my local currency as well. Before writing this review, I reread the booking condition just now and it mentioned that it can be paid by credit card. If the hotel accepts cash only, please change the details so people can reconsider before booking.

The hotel location was great, right at the heart of the shopping belt and good location for all kinds of food. Room was clean and breakfast spread was generous. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Had a great time for the short break. Looking forward to come back next year.

The location is absolutely perfect; just a short walk to the MRT and several bus stops, making it very easy to travel around Singapore. There are plenty of attractions nearby, so it’s convenient whether you’re here for sightseeing or business. One of the things I liked most is that there’s a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, which is very handy for buying drinks, snacks, or anything else you might need during your stay. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable; with everything I needed for a short stay. I especially liked the view from the room, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The facilities were good and well equipped for travelers. Overall, I would say this hotel offers great value for money, especially because of its convenient location and comfortable environment. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Located right in front of the Downtown Line station on Bencoolen Street. I was upgraded to a room equipped with an iron and ironing board—nice touch. Everything’s great, with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood that stay open 24/7. The room is well insulated and stays comfortably cool even when the air conditioning is turned off. Only two stops to Chinatown.
